Drives like an angry 14 yr old.
Driving 4ft off the back of other cars in a national speed limit, undercut 3 cars round a roundabout almost causing a crash. Didn't even notice.

1st time we've used this MOT Centre.
They were recommended by numerous people on Facebook when I asked for recommendations for MOT Centre for a Motorhome.

My camper heater was not working. Kyle and John discovered the problem and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and for a very reasonable cost. Good job, advice and service. Can recommend them from my experience.

Wheels arrived quickly as this was an item they stocked. Everything else which was accessory parts were shipped direct from other suppliers and took about 2 weeks so just be aware if expecting a fast delivery.

I had a new roof spoiler supplied & fitted by Vantech & stainless steel side steps (purchased from another supplier) All carried out in a day, very pleased with the work carried out. Well done to the team.

very poor customer service, No communication, no one has a clue whats happening. We waited 2 weeks for a set of curtains for my VW transport.

Ive been told 3 times they have been sent, each time they dont arrived so i have had to chase, they take your number so they can find out what happened but never call back.

Now the delivery company have misplaced the parcel.

Purchased VW screen covers from this company. After one use the zip failed. I requested a replacement and was told they don’t have any! Upon a second attempt I was told the damage was due to “user error” and they suggested I went to a tailor to get the zip repaired.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Waited over a month now for bumper. It took Van-Tech 3 weeks to dispatch. No notifications to say it was on back order or anything. It has now been lost by courier and Van-Tech are holding me to account and not responding to emails. Disgusting customer service.
Looking at other reviews it looks like their courier manages to 'lose' quite a few items.

Order not sent out two weeks after order even though numerous emails and phone calls made.No apologies just excuses. My advice stay well clear

Not even a 1 star! Fell Ill on first week of starting continuous sickness and so VanTec dismissed me as an employee.
They make you stand in a cold warehouse doing nothing for over 30 mins at times. At the end of shift if there is no work you just have to stand and wait for nothing.
Would never recommend to anyone.
Management all old and not considerate about anyones wellbeing or health.

Bought stainless side bars off them ,a couple of years ago for a T5.1 lwb ,arrived, fitted ,all good . Looking at them a few months ago and paint coming off and rusty underneath! Took bars off to find they have rotted through and look down the tube to see rusty inside too, obviously not stainless and a magnet wouldn't stick to them if stainless!!! Customer service appaualing, told they are stainless and warranty only 12 months ,I can live with costing coming off ,can repaint myself, but they are rotten!!!AVOID BAD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH !!!

Ordered a bumper trim in April. The item sent does not fit the model of van it says it should. They tried to say it was because of my tow bar, which of course doesn't change the profile of the bumper. They tell you to phone when their manager is in - never answers. Complete waste of time. I'm still waiting for a refund.

The product I received had dings and scratches all over the paintwork and had damage to the fixings. It looks very much like they have shipped me a customer return without doing any work to sort the issues with it.
There were no fitting instruction and the bolts supplied were not long enough if washers were used.
There customer service was rude and unhelpful. I have ended up having to pay to sort out the issues myself rather than waiting around 2 weeks for them to have a van available in my area and then having to take a day off to wait for said van to turn up.
Personally I wouldn't touch this company with a ten foot barge pole if I were you. There are many better companies out there you could deal with.

Great service from these guys - helped me find a fault with my van wiring following purchase of new headlights.

Had an issue with wipers functioning incorrectly after having a bumper upgrade fitted elsewhere. Took it to the guys at Van-Tech and they diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour. Great, friendly service. Definitely recommend.

Great guys. Went in to pick up some LWB roof bars i had ordered. Really easy to talk to. I let them know i have been searching for some load rated alloys. They shown me a couple of examples and even spoke to the boss about a set as i was on a tight budget ( set by the wife) so grateful for their help. Love the look of my van now too.

Great service and great work. Literally transformed my panel van to my dream van! Was skeptical at first as I thought it was too cheap of a quote, but Adam reassured me and let me inspect the parts before fitment, and I can't fault the quality! I thought it would cost me ££££££ but I was pleasantly suprised. Thanks guys and thankyou for exceeding my expectations.
