Products just about ok but customer service extremely poor. Delivery took longer than expected which is ok but when I requested information they could not give me an eta. Packages were missing parts and I am still awaiting the delivery of missing parts over a week after notifying them of a problem. One of the products I ordered broke within 24hours of delivery and when I contacted them to discuss it I was dismissed and told it was my fault. I will not be using again.

Bought side bars for a vw transporter. The courier lost them (can't blame van tech) another set arrived looked under the van and seen the plastic under tray can't be bothered removing it so put them up for sale. Next I'm being accused of receiving both sets of bars from people claiming to work for van tech I got a email from the courier saying they have issued a return label as the packaging was damaged if the courier has issued a return label how can I receive both sets ? Certainly wouldn't use this lot again. I'm not a thief as there employees claim I am.

Was told a gap of this size is normal. Not seen another caddy with a gap this big in the rear lip spoiler. Very disappointed as van tech were highly recommended to me but will 100% never be purchasing an item from them again!

I had new front and rear bumpers and front and rear spoilers acquired, sprayed and fitted by the guys at van-tech. I'm so pleased with the results, it has completely transformed the van. The finish on the paint is excellent, and the fitment of everything is great as well. The guys were friendly, professional and genuinely interested in doing the work. Will use again for sure. Thanks guys 👍

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Had to ring 4 times to even get them to deliver my order. They didnt have a clue where my order was at any point, nor did they update me of shipping or that it had been delivered to my neighbour.
Then when the curtains arrived they were TERRIBLE. Nothing made sense, no instructions, terrible quality, impossible to fit.
Horrible experience for a lot of money. Please do not waste your time or money

I have recently acquired several items from Van Tech. Had a bit of an issue with the mudflaps as they sent the wrong set but in all fairness they have been helpful in putting this right. Be aware if you buy the angular side bars, the fixings are poor quality and it's easy to strip the threads off the nuts. the bars themselves are good.
Overall I found the staff helpful and I will continue to use them in the future.

I bought a pack of curtains of van tech (2 sets for either side of the van and one set for the rear door. I first fitted the rear curtains, then the drivers side curtains. But when i took the sliding door curtains out of the packaging I saw that these curtains did not match the rest they were a different shade of grey and the tie backs were black whereas all the others were grey.
I rang van tech and explained the mistake, I spoke to Adam who said, return the curtains that were the wrong color and he would sort it out. I returned the curtains as requested at my own expense, i also took pictures to show the curtains were different and sent them via whots app ( he never even looked at them).
I waited for a week and a half and heard nothing from them, so i called them, I spoke to Adam and explained Ive had no response from them, he said he would check with his colleague and would ring me straight back. No he didn't. The next day I received the curtain back I had returned to them in a plastic back with no paper work or anything. So my van has curtains that dont match. I will have to purchase a full set of curtains from a reputable firm.
Absolute terrible service, I will never use them again.

The worst customer service and company I have ever experienced. The owner who says he isn’t the owner delivered me a damaged bumper, made me pay to return the bumper only to claim he never got it back! I’m £280 out of pocket and will be sharing my experience of this company far and wide.
Avoid this company, don’t get scammed buy from one of the more well known company’s with decent customer service!

We ordered side bars from van-tech. They arrived promptly and the customer service team were very helpful.

DO NOT USE. Bought an engine cover for VWT5.1 which didn't come with any fixings - despite other companies that sell them providing new fixings as the OEM fixings are not long enough to be used once the engine cover is in place. Emailed and Facebook messaged, and got fobbed off with 'no one else has had an issue with these.' Then, 'I'll make a video of me fitting one today, and you use the original fixings' - never got a video despite chasing for an answer, so in the end bought additional £25 worth of fixings from VW as these were required to fit the cover. Not quite sure what method they were going to use to grow the fixings in length...
Had I not already cut a hole in the cover for bonnet closure alarm sensor the cover would've been returned. Wish I'd seen the other reviews on here before I purchased as I would've waited for who I ususally use to have them back in stock again.

I ordered a set of Side Bars for my Vw Transporter but both arrived damaged. Insufficient packaging. Courier not to blame. Very poor customer service. No replacements offered.
I should have read reviews, another customer had received damaged Side Bars.
I will not be using Van-tech again.

Purchased a few bits for my T5 from Van-Tech, these being side bars and engine cover, both fitted really well and are quality products.
Unfortunately the side bars arrived damaged (not their fault, was due to post) contacted Van-Tech who arranged for them to be collected and replaced very quickly, even offered to fit them at no extra cost!
Spoken to them a few times at shows and always helpful, friendly.
Most recently we lost a centre cap for the wheels, Van-Tech arranged to get a couple sent out to me on a next day service!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Purchased a sportline splitter from van tech. It was supplied pre primed but once painted the primer started to peel off at the edges. when I contacted them I had nothing but aggro. The staff are rude and ignorant. I never got the issue sorted

Following a visit to Van tech I feel compelled to right a review. Was looking to buy multiple items for my T5 – bumper upgrade, rear spoiler, 4 x wheels and tyres, new lights, mud flaps and a remap. Despite the mixed reviews I had seen I decided to give them a try. So I drove to them, ordered a rear spoiler, mud flaps and side bars. The spoiler I would have to collect when they had it sprayed but took the other items home that day. Got a call from Adam to say ready for collection, got there and it was the wrong colour (he had not checked) and the finish was appalling. He agreed and said he would get it resprayed and make sure it was right (there was no apology for my wasted 2 hr round trip or petrol). I went to fit the side bars (that come with no instructions, had to download them from their competitors web site justkampers.com) and found parts of the fitting kit missing. Called them to tell them bits were missing, Adam said I would have to come back in to show what was missing (no offer to send the missing parts out). I waited till the spoiler had been resprayed, as I was not local to them and did not want another wasted journey. When collecting the spoiler, I noticed a lot of imperfections in the paint and decided to have a primed one instead and I would arrange the painting myself. Whilst I was there, I decided to get a primed bumper and I would arrange to have them both sprayed at the same time. Despite prior to this Adam offering to ‘look after me next time’ as I had had my time wasted before, they still proceeded to charge me full price. I queried this with them and some bloke that acted like the owner said ‘that’s life’ insinuating it was my tough luck that they had wasted my time. He also said he would off load the poorly sprayed spoiler to someone at the next show they attended (nice). So, some poor sod is going to get home after a show only to find they have bought a dud. With this attitude, I decided not to buy anything else from them (I had the front bumper and rear spoiler ready to pay for on the counter) and had the deposit refunded. What they had gained from this is me review and a loss of custom (I was going to buy the lot!). More the fool them.
I regret buying the mud flaps and side bars off them (as they are very cheaply made).
I have since found a much better supplier.

Terrible service. Booked my van in in December for lining to be fitted. Told it would be after Xmas. Told them I need it doing ASAP as we can’t use van without it was told they would get to me within a few days. Ten days later no contact from them and still waiting so I called them to be told I’ll have to wait two weeks more or go else where. Terrible customer service. I would never use them again.

Terrible customer service, 12 days and still no delivery of my £270 delivery! No apology when contacted, no communication, rude unhelpful staff, no replies to emails and been promised delivery by a certain date and nothing turns up! Had the van booked in for bodywork and for the parts to be fitted and had to cancel as no parts turned up! Avoid at all costs. Spend your money with a company who provides what they promise.

Excellent place to buy VW Van accessories. I found the guys very helpful and knowledgeable. My VW T5 looks superb now, thank you,
