From the start to the end of the survey we requisitions her opinion has been verified with knobs on! We have enjoyed a highly professional and personable service in support of buying the house - a process that is not without it's pressures. Prompt and very thorough the report is outstandingly good.

love that they give you a phonecall for a summary straight after the visit. the detail and photos in the report are of excellent quality, especially of the roof!! and extremely helpful. cant believe the value for money

I've used Rosanna and Tom for my homebuyer's survey twice now as my first flat purchase fell through, and both times they've been extremely communicative, thorough, and clear - the dream when you're a first time buyer! It can feel like very overwhelming when you're not used to the home buying process, but they put you totally at ease. Would highly recommend, and will likely use them again in future for any other surveys I need.
