Excellent customer service and customer support

Easy to fit and looks so much better than previous plastic one we had.

Arrived in good order and just as described at a great price.

Absolute waste off time,shambles off a company will not be ordering again,
Can't read or reply correctly to their emails happy to take your money and then mess you about, constantly make up excuses, as a new customer, feel robbed off my time and energy chasing it up to eventually find out they lost part off my order, waited all that time for nothing, made a phone call a few days after order was placed as I hadn't received any correspondence since the day I ordered it or a tracking number, to be told it hadn't been sent yet fair enough,

That was ok, few days later still nothing emailed this time requesting a tracking number, they got back to me and clearly hadn't read my email correctly as the reply didn't contain the tracking number id specifically requested in the email, had to therefore email again asking for the same thing which as I'm sure you can imagine is frustrating, to then get what you asked for the first time,

Tracked the item with the number given hadn't moved in days, which actually at a stage i thought I was getting scammed,
Eventually emailed the complaints department, who got me a answer as to what was going on with my order, fair play to him for chasing it up, said they or the courier service they use lost part off my order, and they had no more in stock to send, he offered me a refund for that item,
No apology on behalf off the company, company website looks decent, just badly run in my opinion and organised, and staff that clearly arent customer driven or could careless to chase anything up apart from the guy at the end, very disappointing to a first time customer from somewhere that looked like a promising respectable company from the look off their website, the other part off the order arrived and I'm not even sure it's the right thing I ordered, containing 6 tins off adhesive one with a broken top, definitely have been and feel robbed, now it's questionable will the refund go through or not, I'll not be holding my breath, happy enough to take around £150 off you and mess you about with no direct apology absolute joke

have half a mind to pursue this further if it doesn't out off principal

Service and delivery were good. The price was very good for the parts that are required.
But there was some difficulty in assembling the roof bars for my Mercedes Vito Van, due to the lack of information or fitting instructions that made sense

Do not order from this company if you need parts fast. I cannot understand how an in stock item from the UK has not delivered what I ordered. Still not arrived 7 days have passed.

Great fit , bought to cover with 4way stretch carpet instead of direct on the arches. Well made and perfect fit . Thanks

I ordered a Vamoose awning rail and thermal blinds for my camper. I needed them urgently so rang after three days to see if they had been dispatched. I was told that they had not but would be sent the following day and I would get them on Friday. On Thursday afternoon I rang again and was told that they still had not been dispatched. I told them that I would collect the goods the next day as I was going away and needed to fit the awning rail. When I arrived on Friday after a 150 mile journey, everyone in the office was denying that they had spoken to me and the delivery had still not been cancelled. I had to pay again for the goods “As this is how it works “ and I have still not received a refund of my original payment three working days later. The rail is excellent, service is not

Ordered a splitter for a T6, arrived with many missing parts but they refused to send out unless I closed the eBay case first. So I said I’d return instead. They received the return on Wednesday but are no refusing to tell me when my money will be returned. Terrible company and awful customer service. Will not use again.

The product itself is of excellent quality and looks great, however, it is not compatible with T6.1 models unless you modify the sill for both front brackets …

Purchased a full set of T4 curtains last August and noticed they were starting to split with use , closing the curtain son our van.

Enquired about replacements and was told that they do not supply spares or able to sell any to me.

The curtain hooks are bespoke for their tracks so now i need to purchase another set .

Will not be using Vanstyle in the future

Package order took ages to arrive and ended up having to cancel the order and return the item as my customer needed the van back but I have never used this company before hopefully they refund me quickly

Great product from a fantastic seller. Important to note, they deliver to northern Ireland unlike some sellers who fail to tell you they don't till after the order has been placed.

6 days ago I phoned Vanstyle to report a faulty product. They sent an opened product with a rail that was 80mm too short and with the incorrect profile bends.

I sent pictures and videos of the product Insitu, and a reference video from a friend who has the same van and same product showing why it was wrong.

I have phoned and emailed multiple times and been ignored.

Terrible product, even worse service.

I live in Northern Ireland not north Ireland. You don’t have clear guidelines on delivery times to Northern Ireland I was hoping to get the item before bank holiday weekend so they can be fitted but now not arriving (well hopefully) next working . Could have shopped Elsewhere but await the goods now.

Item arrived fast and in perfect condition. Communication is pretty poor though. I had an order confirmation from the company but after that, an entirely different company dispatched - confused! The rear shades are far too big for my window and the box says it's for a different vehicle to what I ordered. I have sent 3 emails to query this and am getting nowhere with organising a return.

Sent wrong order to me and have never ever responded
