New Policy
The agent, John McGuire, was very patient and knowledgeable of the products and services I asked about. He took the time to answer my questions and provided an accurate timeline of what was going to happen and when.
I, (36M), was a little indecisive of the coverage amount. JM gave me a lot to think about, coverage wise. It was a personal decision. Upon making two changes, to increase the amount, I contacted JM, and he was very patient with the process/communications and explained how simple it could be. (Didn't overpromise). There was little work and effort on my end to increase the coverage amount. (This was done within 30-ish days of the policy being issued). A couple emails to review and sign and all was done.
He made this process extremely simple. Could not have any more peace of mind, for my family, and be happier with my policy and how efficient/streamlined the process was.
