Never keep to there delivery times im on day 3 now even though delivery paid for 1-2 working days every order is the same only reason I use them still is the price of vapes is best on market otherwise I would of binned them off months ago

Used vapearea wholesale for a while and cant fault their service if they are out of stock on a product they are quick to notify you

Used this company for a while and never had problems, but the last few times I have ordered, there has been missing items. Customer service both on WhatsApp and emails said replacements were being sent then when asking for an update I was offered something completely different (and cheaper) to what I ordered.
Now I am not receiving any replies from them. I am now going through a chargeback dispute with my bank.

Have orderded from here for a few months now, the customer service is brilliant. Questions always answered when needed.

It's been almost a month since I paid for my order, rather sizeable. Whoever is manning their WhatsApp customer service is being paid to send BS via text to customers. When I did manage to contact them, it seems like they are receiving calls at a residential address.

There is a guy called "Sanju" who barks out orders to his minions, who then repeat them verbatim to customers, without any semblance of what they are actually saying.

I am considering taking police action here, as, it's clear these guys are just out to scam people, with their fancy website, and heavy Google marketing.

I'd implore and caution everybody from avoiding this service at all costs. They are preying on unsuspecting customers and it's like a fly by night operation.

Give it one star is a joke, but, there's no option for 0s here.

I am still waiting for the refund to be processed. They hire ppl on lieing skills. Do not buy of them. They have some paid 5 star reviews to trap

Placed an order three weeks ago, half of the order was missing. The rest was due three days ago, arrived today and half of that is missing too. They don’t answer your calls or messages. Will not be using again. Scam artists

Very fast next day delivery. Excellent quality products. Check them out. 100% recommended.

Ordered and paid nearly 2 weeks ago, still nothing arrived, getting totally ignored, taken the money and run, total set of robbing bar stools (it’s not finished yet)

If something is out of stock they ring you before sending package .
Excellent customer service and very polite on the phone . 5 star company , these are my go to company all the time . Fantastic range of vaping products. Been using them for nearly 2 years .

I had a terrible experience with Vape Area Wholesale. I placed an order and paid in full, but three items were missing when my package arrived. I contacted their customer service, and they assured me the missing items would be sent “today.” Then it was “tomorrow,” and now it’s been two months, and I still haven’t received what I paid for.

Every time I follow up, I get the same excuses with no resolution. I’m now out of pocket for £70, and at this point, it feels like they have no intention of making things right. This is completely unprofessional, and I would not recommend ordering from them unless you want to risk losing your money.

Couldnt manage a 700 pound order. Sent out 2 weeks late and never made the correct address. Refused to chase it up. Wondering if it was even sent. I.M.O fraud seller be aware.

Contacted directly. You passed the phone between four of you and not 1 of you did anything. Then blocked on whatsapp so i went to trustpilot! Never use their website. Generic replys and they arent reachable.

What a shambles of a company! Ordered 27th Feb paid 7.99 next day delivery (ordered before 2) so should have recieved Friday, never and no dispatch email tracking on shop just says (order placed) I messaged on WhatsApp and email over the weekend asking why they asked for order number and said they'd sort it it would be dispatched between 5-6 that day... it wasn't still no dispatch email or anything message and email again next day - today get blanked then threaten to take it further no response try to call off my phone no answer partner tries and they answer say it will be dispatched today he said you said that yesterday 8 pound was paid for next day. Sorry it will be sorted today i will contact warehouse. Guess what still no dispatch. I really don't know how they are still operating I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Save your money and go elsewhere and check the reviews first. I've contacted trading standards and opened a dispute with bank. Awful company

Edit. Nearly 3 weeks later 19th March 2025 only recieved 1 box out of 4 but on the order said all was dispatched. Tried to log in online and it doesnt let me so obviously theyve deleted my account with them too....All communication has stopped from them no replies at all Complete and utter joke of a company.

AVOID they were ok at first but then semd my delivery with half the order inside I have been waiting for the rest for weeks now I just kepe getting lies after loes on when it will arrive I have lost out on £160 I have initiated a chargeback with my bank. These people are not to be trusted i will say again even after their reply that took a year dont trust these people they ruined little buisness I could not recover after this as the trust was lost so I stopped selling vapes.

If the option to give no stars was available they would be getting zero.

Have taken my money on the 10th December, and still no order received and the date today is the 21st December.

Did not call me back when they promised they would. Called them back to request a full refund to which they stated they would do, however I feel I may have a fight on my hands.

Seemed like a good company as their prices lowest. However my last order items were no longer in stock but took them a week to tell me. Of the alternative I chose one box of 10 were faulty and I was sent a return label. Once they were checked I have been chasing them to dispatch alternative for 5 weeks now!

Great service, ordered a few boxes, called that night to say the majority are in stock but one wasn’t. Offered me an alternate flavour, very professional and polite. Was concerned it wasn’t going to be delivered next day, but it was. Honest service, would highly recommend

Sent an in stock list of items and chose my items from this list. Placed an order before 3pm so would get same day dispatch for next day delivery.

The following day, no order arrived. I chased this up to be told that one of the items was out of stock which is why my order had not been sent. I asked for a refunded as I specifically needed the items that day, hence the reason placing the order when I did. The order was placed Tuesday for Wednesday delivery. I have been asking for a refund since and keep being fobbed off or ignored. Tried to call and nobody bothers to answer.

**19/11/24 I was finally issued a refund after a week of chasing and being ignored. Told them I was going to take this further if this issue wasn't sorted - low and behold they sorted it, apparently we're having some technical issues with refunds - not sure how that warrants being ignored personally**

Wouldn't use or recommend again after this experience.
