Ordered 10 days ago, after 2 days had an email saying the item wasn't in stock and would I like a different colour. I promptly replied and said that was fine. Still no goods have arrived. Communication is shocking and just tell me that it will be with me soon. Going through PayPal for a refund...hopefully I will receive one. Not a good company.

Avoid,

shipping say 3 - 7 days, 5 days went by no tracking number.
1 response saying it would be done "soon"
im now going through paypal to get a full refund.

I made and order on the 29/04 and was informed a couple of days later that the tank I wanted wasn’t available even though it was on the site and they requested I settle for a completely different tank.
I politely stated that I don’t want a different tank and to cancel the order and to process a refund.

Days went without a reply and I kept sending reminders to refund the payment. Which was only done 14 days later.

I would NOT RECOMMEND VapeLink for the following reasons:
- late responses
- inaccurate information on item availability on site
- no direct contact even though it’s supposed to be a
UK store

You decided if you want to go through this.

I purchased a Dovpo Basium Mod from this site, it took a lot of time to arrive because despite their web address this is a company located in CHINA masquerading as a UK based business. The mod was defective, I tried numerous times to contact "Alex" and he didn't reply, the mod didn't come with an invoice or warranty. Basically I lost the money. PayPal offered a refund (respect to this company) but only if I return the product to an address in Shanghai. Sending a tracked parcel to China is more expensive that the product itself so there is not much point in doing that.

Learn from my mistake and avoid these scammers.

I didn't even want to give them a star I ordered off them over 2 weeks ago and still nothing and emailed them I don't no how many time still no reply this is not on and something needs doing about it so I am gonna get onto PayPal and trading standards about this company

This company is China based but gives impression it is a UK company customer service dose not exist avoid at all costs

I placed an order with them and my goods arrived within a week , so ,after reading the bad reviews , i must have been lucky or they are getting better

This site is a pure 150% scam site. Placed order. Never delivered. Took ages for them to reply to emails and basically full of b@@@ s@@@. Was told there had been clerical error and goods was now ousted and on was in 3 to 4 days. More lies. Emailed asking for tracking details was told there no such thing as tracking details as ordered from uk. Oh my mr thinks some one is telling little porky pies.
Do not buy from this seller.

Nothing in stock, ordered 3 items. Told 1 item out of stock, chose a different colour, only that item sent but from china and not in the delivery window specified. When I queried where the other 2 items were was then told they were out of stock. Asked for refund, told would be given asap and then had to involve paypal. DO NOT USE

Items was despatched from China. After contacting them through PayPal they replied don,t worry we will track the item, but they never replied again. The item did eventually arrive. They are making more money charging UK price but not UK delivery

Vapelink.co.uk are not based in the UK, despite their web address. I'm guessing they're in China. They will take your money for items they pretend to have in stock, ignore your request for a refund when they eventually tell you the item is out of stock, and then string you along for weeks. They will claim the item has been dispatched after several requests for a refund, and will provide no tracking details.

I am currently having to try and get my 122 quid back through the PayPal dispute process, which Vapelink are completely ignoring and not responding to. They are scammers.

Please please please do not waste your time and money on these crooks. Do not trust them. Do not buy from them. Spend your money with trusted retailers who are far more deserving of your business, of which there are plenty of in the UK.

After ordering from vapelink I came across trustpilot and thought oh poop I've dropped a testicle here but to my surprise item arrived within one week I did message them to try find out tracking information and they did reply I will say this item is not shipped from the uk its shipped from China to the UK then posted by royal mail all genuine and packed to a good standard so in my opinion pretty good company

I ordered a dead rabbit rdta with this company waited a month and still hadn't recieved it so I told them to cancel the order as I was moving house and then miraculously the order was sent out even though I said not to bother sending it as I won't live there anymore, this was in October numerous emails back and forth still no refund shocking customer service do not use this company.

ordered mod, it said it will arrive in 4-6 days and it did, had no problem whatsoever, lots of bad ratings here not justified by my experience👍🏻👍🏻

1 week after placing my order i was told that the item was not in stock (contrary to what was said on the website). I asked for a refund and no response. A further week later i received a message to say that the item was in stock and had been dispatched. A further 1.5 weeks and the item has still not arrived. I have requested a re-ship/ refund and still nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered over a week ago, said it shipped, nothing. No response from the company. I've only just seen the trustpilot reviews. AVOID. They are scammers and fraudsters.

Complete and utter shock by reading some of the reviews on here.
I've had a similar experience from this website, took my money claimed item was in stock which wasn't and still waiting two months for my items to arrive, Escalated to paypal.
This website is a fraud and should be investigated immediately.

AVOID!!! I ordered a falcon tank which stated 3-6 days delivery. After alot of emails, just asking for my money back (starting after 2 weeks and escalating it with Paypal) my tank turned up 4 weeks later so the claim was closed. After 3 weeks it offered me a different colour as mine wasn't in stock after all, after I told them no I just wanted my money, they ignored me. It makes out its a UK business but its not. They ignore any requests and most emails, msgs etc Bad customer service. I had to give one star as you cant give none. Use someone else instead..

I have placed 2 orders (2028554 and 2028563) on 10 August 2018 and they are still not delivered as of today, so almost 3 weeks later. The assistance team response is very late and although I have followed up several times by email and messenger, there is still no resolution and I’m always put on hold.
I have now asked for a refund and to cancel the order, but I’m expecting again weeks of follow up until this is solved. Is not even clear on the website what needs to be done to ask for refund, except to send a message.
Stay away from this site!

Very poor customer service and items not delivered have had to escalate case to PayPal for refund. Do not trust this site as they do not appear to be genuine
