LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! This place has great deals and also has the smallest amount for taxes and shipping! And the shipping is usually sent off either the same day or by the next day. I’ve never had to wait even one week for any of my orders! Thank you Vape Royalty for being so awesome!!! I really hope this stuff never changes!! I’ve always recommended this store to my friends. I have never ever had any issues! I highly recommend!!!

I’ve ordered countless of times. Only had one little issue which was resolved. Overall I’m thrilled to be doing business with vape royalty and use them more then my local vape shops.

Just don’t waste your time shopping anywhere else. I have been purchasing my vape juice from this company for years and tried a lot of different shops here and there and they just don’t compare to service and quality of product with this company. Seriously really fast shipping too. I could not be happier. Very customer service oriented as well.

Can't get them here anymore so I always order from vape Royalty and they always process my order quickly and get it shipped right away. Also love there products they work great and the prices are reasonable. Ty for my past orders.

I've always had a great experience with these guys and I've been ordering from them for years! Had a last minute change I wanted to make (after I had the order processed) because I didn't realize one of the flavors I had chosen was menthol and emailed at 1140pm. I got a reply at 1151pm, or, nine minutes later asking if I wanted to credit it out, or replace it with something else. I replaced it, and that should be good to go now. We'll see if all that makes it to me correct at this point, but I have no doubts. Will update if things are wonky or extra!

I’ve always shopped through VR, great prices and always in stock. Had my first issue this week with bottles being broken. I reached out to see what we could do and the customer service team had responded and resolved the issue promptly and with absolutely no hassle. 12/10 will buy again.

At first I was not going to make a perches through this compony due to the bad reviews. I did a test run and got some hi drip juice and pnp coils. Everything came in my package. Everything is real product. There prices are perfect, I would even pay 2-3 dollars more per bottle and still will be getting an good deal. ordered on 4/9 and received on 4/15 and it was a holiday weekend of my order.

The customer service and products are top notch. I have had issues with my local post office receiving some packages and can always trust that Vape Royalty will swiftly take care of any issues that arise.

This vape company is the best! At first I was sceptical of money scam because who can trust spending money online now-days. But this is definitely legit, the owner is a great person, they even credited the cost of shipping for me because the ice storm drastically delayed my order. This company Vape Royalty has great customer service my e-liquid got lost in the mail and I had the $2.50 insurance to cover anything happening like that and even if I didn't have the $2.50 insurance they probably would have made it right anyways knowing Vape Royalty because they're loyal to their customers. Super fast shipping. Always the correct stuff never the wrong milligram e-liquid or the wrong flavors everything's very accurate. And they have a great variety of tanks mods and e-liquid. Ordered the SMOKE R-KISS and it was damaged upon delivery. I messed customer service and with in 10 minutes Christine had messaged back with a order for a brand new one and I got it 5 days later. Great customer service.
