Good morning all just would like to say few words about Vape shop. Two years i was collecting I've been collecting points in their program for two years. From the very beginning, I've been purchasing the same product and receiving points for each purchase. When I reached Tier 3, where you get 3 points per pound, suddenly my product, which I'd been purchasing for almost two years, no longer qualified for points. I'm writing this review to warn people about the unreliability of this company, which deceives people into claiming benefits without actually realizing them.

I've been using Vape Shop for a few years now, and everything I've ordered had arrived on time, and exactly as described. Recently I purchased a Vape Kit that unfortunately did not live up to expectation. It was a manufacturing problem, NOT Vape Shop. But I was able to return the item to Vape Shop, get a full refund, and the issue was resolved in a week ! It's great to know when things go wrong, the problem will be dealt with so easily and quickly. Thankyou to the Vape Shop team

I've been a loyal customer of Vape Shop for quite some time. Good quality products, good value and on the rare occasion there are any issues, customer service is quick and helpful. Their loyalty points are great too for getting money off your orders. I used to shop around before discovering Vape Shop, now I don't - they've been my go-to for ages. Definitely recommend them.

DPD decided to leave my parcel outside in a communal area, Vape Shop investigated and resolved within days.

No trouble other than needing to confirm delivery address.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong juices, because I realised before opening the protective seals Vape Shop allowed me to return the item and gave me clear steps on how to do so. The customer service was super helpful, kind, understanding and very prompt which I appreciate so much. I had a great experience with the customer service and I was provided multiple options on how I would like to receive a refund also including exchange, credit or full refund to my account which is amazing and I could not fault the team! Thank you Vape Shop I will always be a returning customer.

Fast easy service

Been using these guys for a while now and have always received excellent service. This time unfortunately the package went astray and I had to contact the customer services. Not only did they immediately redo my order, but they put a free bottle in as well. Great work getting ontop of my issue, thanks.

I have been buying my e liquids from vape shop for quite some time now they always deliver promptly and any queries are dealt with speedily. I have used customer services several times to return items and this has always been dealt with very professionally, no quibbles about returns or refunds. I woukd highly recommend them

Having done my research, nowhere else compared to The Vape Shop when it came to choice, availability, cost and deals, so I gave them a try.
Fantastic customer service, who actually respond (very quickly!) to any questions, superfast delivery, and the products arrive well packaged and perfectly as described.
I have a shop close by, literally at the end of my road, but no one can beat The Vape Shop when it comes to meeting every requirement, which is why I will be a customer for life (I have no intention of giving up vaping. I gave up cigarettes and alcohol, so give me a break 🤷🏼‍♀️😂)

I bought two of the exact same product but different flavours. We opened them on the same night. Supposed to be 8000 puffs. One lasted not even 8hrs and the other lasted about a week. When I raised the concern I was asked to send pictures ( how they can ascertain a faulty product from pics I don’t know) this was on a Friday and it took 3 days for a response and then I walked to visit a local shop- nearest one is miles away- and if I can’t get to a shop then I had to post it back to them at my own expense. It’s a £10 product ffs. Customer service is really, really poor. Would not recommend based on this and I won’t purchase anything else from this site
