I like some features of the Vapium such as the variable temperature option and the included accessories (cleaning brush, etc.) but I dislike that the device automatically shuts off after each inhalation. It takes me 4-5 inhalations to get pain relief so it's a nuisance to have to restart the device and wait for the desired temperature to be reached before each puff.

A truly remarkable piece of equipment. The Vapium Lite is easy to use, convenient, and, best of all, discreet. A quick read of the instruction manual was all that was needed to know how to operate the Lite. I love the vibration system that lets me know when it's good to go -- a great little innovation. The only (minor) quibbles I have are I wish that there was a light to display battery level while the Lite is turned on (instead of just at the beginning of a session), and the mouthpiece can get a little hot to the touch over extended use. Otherwise, it is an excellent gadget, and I'm so glad that I made the purchase. Highly recommended!

Received the Summit+ for my birthday and immediately fell in love! I had no idea it would be exactly what I had been looking for! Not only is it perfect for travel but it uses a standard USB-C phone charger so it's also easy to keep charged. It is also super easy to take apart and clean which is a huge plus. Sadly after about 6 months of regular use the unit malfunctioned. However with just a few emails and some wonderful customer service from Vince I have a new one on it's way to me! Their customer service is absolutely outstanding and they definitely have a customer for life here!

I like the device OK. On a scale of 0-4 its a 2.0. The one thing that sucks is the the cap. It already broke in under one months use. I order a new one for $20.00 with shipping and all (25% of the original cost of the entire device). The mouth piece gets pretty hot after 5 minutes as well. Maybe 10 minutes. But too hot to use. The battery last not long at all either. Maybe I can use it four or five times and then have to charge it. half day charge maybe for a full time vaper.

Love the Summit Vaporizer, it is the most convenient and well designed vaporizer I've ever had. Cleaning is a breeze and doesn't need to be done all too often, I had mine for about 10 months without any problem and the battery life seemed to keep well. I could use about 10-15 times per charge which is significantly more than any other vape I've had. Mine unfortunately did come down with a defect where the temperature control malfunctioned but I just contacted Vapium through their website and email and they sent me a replacement once they were able to assess the problem. Both my husband and I have one of these and we love them, I'd highly recommend the product!

Honestly I expected more from my purchase. I have just used it a few times since I got it but I feel I might not be doing something right!!! Asked my friend for help and just found this particular vape NOT to be to my liking. I initially got it because of it's size and how compact it is for on the go but it's not a potent vape for the price at all. Or maybe I got a defective one... Trying to figure out what to do moving forward but I honestly don't like the overall taste. Must say the best about this vape is the fact it carries no carcinogens like smoking does.

Slow shipping and receiving of the product.

Works great at first but the battery deteriorated very quickly. At first it would keep charge for the listed amount but after about 2 months of semi-regular use I get through 1 session if I'm lucky. At this point it just stays in my drawer and doesn't get used. I've tried to contact but haven't gotten a response. Would not recommend, although the build quality is good the product itself isn't as advertised.

Fast shipping and no problems. It would've been nice to receive a notification when the product shipped as opposed to just an order confirmation, but other than that minor request it was generally great service.
