SCAM!!!
An amount was debited from my account as a card payment without my authorization.
I contacted the company immediately:

That was the end of the correspondence. I received no reply.
I have now noticed that another attempt to charge my card was made on 18 March 2026. As a result, I was forced to cancel my card and order a new one. This was not a Direct Debit, but a recurring card charge made using my card details, which cannot simply be cancelled like a DD mandate. The only way to stop it was to contact the bank or replace the card entirely.
Despite my previous email, the company never responded. Their behavior appears fraudulent and highly concerning.
