This was my first order with this company. Unfortunately, I can not recommend them. As I was following the delivery from fed ex and instead of going to the address I provided which is to Florida it is heading to Honolulu Hawaii. Thank goodness fed ex got there act together and it went to California then Melbourne Fl. Unfortunately, the Cedarwood essential oil smells odd. And the bergamot is definitely diluted such a light scent hardly smell it. But the Rose Essential Oils seems of good quality and it was delivered on time.

It took 5 weeks to receive my order of oregano oil. I was surprised to see that the oil was almost clear, not like other brands I purchased; it seemed like it was mixed with another oil, and the aroma was very weak. Worst yet, I paid for product and shipping but received a second billing from FedEx for tax and import fees - this was not clearly disclosed by Vedaoils. I never contracted with FedEx, Vedaoils did. Being only $24.07 I let it slide, but I will not order from them again.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed a prepaid order ( order Id- V143553 ) on 3rd July, and even after several days, I did not receive my parcel. When I tracked the shipment, it showed “Return Approval Awaited,” despite the fact that I never initiated any return request and never received the parcel.

I had to repeatedly follow up with both the seller and the courier, only to be informed that the parcel was being returned. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and delays, especially since I had planned commitments based on the expected delivery.

As a customer, I expected better coordination and communication. I hope the company improves its order fulfillment and customer service so that others do not face the same issue.

I am okay with their products and not the courier service why they have chosen.
It was almost 13, but still I haven't received my order.

I received my order with great disappointment and am currently trying to get a refund to no effect.The bottles were dirty and sticky with hair and dust all over them and the actual products were synthetic and not as described.It was expensive and a total rip off do not buy from them

Highly would NOT recommend doing business with this unethical joke of a business. They don’t inform you about customs fees after you already paid an absorbent shipping fee. The order was severely late getting shipped and the order was incorrect. You find out later from the shipper that they want to collect customs shipping expense and this business does not provide the charges up front, which they have the ability to do. Now the high shipping that was paid is doubled to get products we could have gotten in the US. Out of other businesses we bought from outside the US, NONE of them pulled this scam

I tried to buy some essential oils for my business but they don't accept business cards. Luckily I web searched the reviews to find it's a fraudulent company. I was going to pay using my personal card but so glad I read the reviews, my company bank account would've reversed the charge for fraudulent websites but personal bank account wouldn't have. Dodged a bullet! Thanks to everyone who wrote a true review and saved me from losing my hard earned money 🙏

I paid over 1800 rupees for product nearly 20 days back .I have called veda oils multiple times .Have so far not got the products nor my money refund .It's a fraud .Aise nahin hotta is what the girls say .No one is bothered .You are Fraud company .People who pay you online are loosing money . According to you you shipped on May 20 .I Live in Ludhiana .How come I have not received the products .Your helpline for customers is FRAUD .SO ARE YOU

FRAUDULENT SITE: It appears to be a complete fraud - they didn’t deliver the product, provide very sketchy answers and have not refunded for over 3 weeks. Zero accountability- zero trust! Avoid them like the plague!

Do not use this company. They don’t tell you that you have to pay the import tax and their oils are massively watered down/weak. I am shocked at how bad the finished product was once mixed. I will never again use this company. Rubbish

Stay away from this company, they have hidden remittance fees that can total several hundred dollars from FedEx. Like most of the essential oil companies that come out of India you must approach with caution.

I had placed an order for vanilla fragrance oil vide order no.V125115 which was delivered on 24th Jan'26 . It was found the bottle is leaking. Concern was raised with pictures as still drop was found oozing and imprint of leakage on the table. Ms Sneha from Customer care team asked me to weight the bottle and as the weight was ok, Sneha asked me to transfer the content in some other LOCAL BOTTLE at home. I requested her for replacement OR provide me an empty bottle which she flatly refused. Is this a quality procedure?? I fail to understand the resolution provided. They say say they are ISO certified. The ISO certification must issue a NC (NON COMPLIANCE) against this unruly so called resolution.

They are Providing a best grade of essential oils. I am really happy with their products.

Do not buy from them worst company ever to dealt with. Sent me wrong order first now don’t want to send right order total fraud going on.

Overall a great experience—quality products, timely delivery, and helpful customer support. Will order again soon!

Very slow delivery, no contact at all about the delay. Order was place 9th October. Delivery estimate on the website is 5-8 days. But after no contact for 20 days it was up to me to chase the order. Order was finally delivered on 6th Nov. after waiting 28 days.

Also this is a company based in India and shipping from India posing as a UK company. Hence the long delivery charges and the import duties you will have to pay too!

The customer service team was very helpful when I had questions about product usage and blends.

I ordered versagel and it came with insect in it and no refund no making up nothing. No reply to mails at all. It's already more than a month. They just find an excuse to make the time go and no action.

Placed an ordered on October the 10th. The order has never been dispatched. I reached out to ask update via email and via website, no answer given.

Very unprofessional, I will ask my bank to revert the payment.

Edit: customer service finally replied to my email after two weeks, saying that the delay is due to festive holidays.
It's unacceptable that customers are not made aware of such delays when placing orders. Not even an automatic email informing about the delays.

It's been nearly 20 days since I placed my order now, I requested a full refund for the second time as my first refund request was ignored.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.
