This company is a scam. Positive reviews and social followers are very clearly fake, it's a huge ring of deception. I purchased oils labeled as "essential" that are clearly synthetic and some that smell downright horrid. Customer service demands I pay for a lab test to prove their products are bad. The return policy is impossible to abide. Run away from this terrible company and their terrible products.

I bought some oils because I am an idiot, despite the reviews around here. I purchased the oils from the .co.uk website. When I placed the order all went fine. I got the oils as well. not the best, just average. And today I got a letter from FEDEX asking for VAT. WTF IS THIS JOKE??? VEDA, PREPARE FOR COURT.

As vedaoils expanding their business their order shipping time is getting worse. Many of their essential oil quality is also not pure, specially when it is been ordered in bulk.

This company, whose Headquarters are at 884, Phase V, Udyog Vihar, Sector 19, Gurugram, Haryana 122016, India, is not registered with the Company House on GOV.UK.
Report it to Action Fraud they will open an investigation and then them shut down on social media. Proper thief

Exercise caution with this company, especially if you're in the US, EU, or UK. A quick glance at their 5-star reviews reveals that most originate from India, while customers outside of India seem to report overwhelmingly negative experiences. Based on my encounter, it may not be worth your time or money.

Leaking bottles and caps can happen even with reputable companies, particularly when essential or fragrance oils weaken plastic components, despite the bottle being glass. However, the primary issue lies in the company’s poor customer service. They not only fail to address concerns or respond to communication but also refuse to refund or replace faulty orders, causing customers to lose their money. I recommend reconsidering this brand and proceeding with extreme caution if you choose to purchase.

My Order no. 76122 was not delivered or refunded. They are providing customer care numbers which dont work. They have automated replies and never genuinely care about customers. I am so hurt by their behaviour

Wish I read the reviews before buying! Awful service, terrible prices, complete scammers. Dilutions / synthetics. I never received the order, learnt from FedEx that it was damaged and VedaOils even put in claim but they never informed me so they pocketed my sale & claim from FedEx - URGE YOU TO STAY AWAY.

I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing.They are fragrance oils not essential oils, awful and a total waste of money.

Recently bought nearly 20 essential oils from veda all are fakes not genuine,along with it i bought one bath bomb mould which is shown on their website as it is made of stainless steel but it is made up of aluminum it’s heavy loss for me

Artificial Fragrance of essential oil... Mention Bulgaria Lavender oil and later after purchased i saw on document country of Origin is India ... when ask to customer care they need 3 working days to justify.. I have chat screen but no option to attached here...

Bought several essential oils from this company, spent a lot of money as they had some 'amazing' scents they said were for use in soaps etc and had all necessary documentation for this use. Waited patiently for slow delivery. Arrived, and pleased with scents but where are the documents? No potential allergen report, no SDS for any product. I spent A LOT of money with them and cannot use any.. emailed, messaged, chat, say they're checking and NEVER come back. These products CANNOT be used in Europe or the UK without these documents. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY . CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPLORABLE.

I have had a very disappointing experience with this company and do not recommend their products. I have purchased their white beeswax, soy wax, and recently, their unrefined shea butter.The unrefined shea butter was a major letdown. It had a creamish color and lacked the distinct smell of genuine shea butter, raising doubts about its authenticity. Similarly, the soy wax and white beeswax appeared to be perfumed, which is not typical for these products.It seems like the company is not selling genuine products, and I feel cheated out of my money. Save your hard-earned money and look elsewhere for high-quality ingredients. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This is a scary company. They do not respond to emails, WhatsApp, 'contact us' forms, chat etc. Nothing. You are left in the dark. One of my parcels went to another country. They are slow, slack and do not respond. When they have responded (one in a hundred times) they lead you up the garden path and pretend they're 'checking' - a form of lip service, which amounts to wasting your precious time. Must be a scam. Lots of other reviews mirror my own.

I was trying to buy a larger amount. About 50 or more products from their site. I emailed them to ask but got no response. I finally went to the website in India and they responded by asking how much I wanted to buy. Instead of trying to understand what it is that we needed the only response I got was "please buy directly from our website." If that was what I wanted to do I would have done it already! Poor customer service. Really doesn't seem to care.

I received my package, well-packed, and labelled. Though customer service took time to send me an Invoice for clearance, I eventually received the invoice and clearance was done easily. I would suggest emailing invoices beforehand to avoid unnecessary stress during clearance. Overall good experience. Thank you very much.
