I'm yet to receive my order even after 20 days

great website,genuine products, fast delivery

I got broken jars. I complained about the same and no one has contacted me.

Absolutely atrocious company and even worse products. Take your money and burn it and you will be better off than place an order with them. Be warned and read the reviews, because they will scam you. We have ordered for 70.000 and the order never received us. I have been emailing them for 5 months and they simply say we will not help you or refund you. We have received 2 orders before and the quality is so low that our lab even said do not use this. In these orders they just send different powders and oils while we ordered the same. The colors were different, smell and viscosity. We mailed them and they just say its the same, while the pictures we send were completely different. Really, take this advise and of all the other negative reviews: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered few items from Vedaoils for Rs 3600 plus, ORDER V34554. I was surprised that I am unable to view my orders and the status of it; absolutely no details is given! I had sent mails also, your response to my mails doesn't even mention my concerns about my order. Finally,I recd a mail that you have couriered my items via DTDC,now it is the 5th day, and items still not delivered...!!

Timely delivered, the quality of product is good. The Aluminum bottle is strong and sturdy.

Loved the oils, powders and hydrosols bought till now. They are amazing.

If you are thinking of buying versagel from them this is your sign to NOT do it i have never in my life had such bad and clumpy versagel. Not only was the product terrible but the customer service sucked i wouldn’t recommend.

I have been buying essential oils and other products for sometime from vedaoils.
Find them very right and genuine..plus the staff when I talk is also very supportive.
I get perfect sample of my requirements too.
In all very positive supportive and good response and products.

I placed an order on 24th November but the products have not been shipped even after 8 days. I am also not getting prompt responses from customer care on emails sent to them concerning this issue. In the event of your inability to fulfil my order within a reasonable time, I request cancellation of the order and an immediate refund of the amount paid.

I got this bottle as a gift, I have no idea what to do with grapefruit oil, put it in my hair, put it on my face, body?

What are benefits?

There should be a guide with each purchase which elaborates the benefits of purchasing this from you.

There was nothing, nada, a handwritten label and an aluminum bottle with grapefruit oil in it.

DO NOT buy from this company unless you want inauthentic raw materials and with highly questionable origins.
I asked for certificate of analysis documents for clay powders that I purchased from them. The colour, texture and over all feel of these clays were highly inconsistent from other manufactures I had purchased from before. It too them almost a week to provide me with COA documents, not only were these documents rushed and created specifically for me, the document were missing standard information that every and any COA document should have.
Their return policy is 72 hours, however it took them 5 days to provide mw with the fake COA documents they conjured up. Once again DO NOT buy from this company. Their raw materials are suspicious in quality.
