This is a terrible company all the way through. This terrible company sent me the wrong merchandise and it is literally taking me over a month to get my money back. Then they haven't even refunded me The full amount they refunded about 3/4 of it. So I'm still fighting for the rest of it, it was their mistake they sent me the wrong size for my gun. They are terrible. Their customer service is terrible! Buy your holsters anywhere else. But Vedder. Their motto should be everyone else is Better than Vetter. This is a terrible dirt company!!! I'm turning them into the better business bureau , and i'm getting my money back!!!

Bought a QuickDraw outside the waistband holster. The retention on this holster was non existent. It was completely unsafe. I contacted customer service and they offered to adjust it. The catch is you pay shipping back and forth. The shipping cost back and forth is 25 dollars. So, I purchased a brand new holster that was defective from the start and Vedders solution was to charge me 25 bucks to fix their mistake. Fabulous. Will not spend another dime here.

I bought a new holster and mag holder for my FN Reflex XL. While I’m extremely satisfied with the OWB paddle holster I’m not so satisfied with the mag holder.

I called in and voiced my concerns but I feel that my concern may not have been fully understood, as the issue is not with knowing how to properly adjust or use a magazine holder. My concern is that the holder itself does not appear to be long enough, resulting in very little surface area for the magazine to sit securely within the carrier.

I attempted to adjust the retention, but while retention changes the tightness of the fit, it does not change the overall length or depth of the holder, which is what I believe is contributing to the issue.

Cristin mentioned that the mag holder is custom-fit to the firearm, but I am struggling to understand that explanation given the similarities between these magazines. The FN Reflex XL magazine is a fairly standard double-stack magazine and is very similar in overall dimensions to the magazines for my Canik METE MC9L.

For comparison, I previously purchased a mag holder for my Canik magazines, and that holder was longer in length, allowing the magazine to seat deeper and feel significantly more secure. When I tested my FN magazines in the Canik mag holder, they fit noticeably better and felt more stable despite the magazines being extremely similar in size and thickness.

Because of this, I am having difficulty understanding why two magazines with such comparable dimensions would require mag holders with such noticeably different lengths and fitment characteristics.

Poor quality and worse customer service. Bought a new Vedder IWB holster for my brand-new Springfield Hellcat Pro. The metal clips immediately failed to hold the holster securely in my pants—they replaced the clip after I called, but it never should have been an issue. Worse: After only 3 weeks the holster scratched my gun from the front of the slide to the middle of the ejection port even though everything stayed clean. I sent clear video and photos (including oil tracing the exact contact line) proving the holster was at fault. Customer service basically blamed me—asked if retention was too tight (it wasn’t) and lectured me on cleaning. No real solution, just deflection. Cheap parts, damaging holster, and blame-the-customer service. Not worth it.

I own several Vedder holsters. They are all great. Great quality. Outstanding comfort. Excellent concealment for concealed carry.
