I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a payout. Customer service does respond and tells me they appreciate my patience, and I tell them I would appreciate payout. Customer service is very responsive, but a four day turnaround for payout is not accurate.

Vegasgems.com they EMAILED WANTING ME TO GIVE THEM MY BANK ACCOUNT AND MY RT ##### NO I DONT THINK SO BECAUSE I DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS SITE . BUT i know I put in my bank statement right i have my account stuff right in front of me and they are telling that it is wrong when I know my own stuff so watch out if anyone try this site and my redeem has been pending for 2 weeks now .

Terrible company. Received my first redemption they are holding my second redemption which is $200 hostage. Trash company

Do not play on this site. The redemptions take weeks and they lie and do not pay you out. The site says 4 business days and that is a lie. I had to fight one time for 16 days for my redemption. This site is a scam.

Vegasgems after 3 weeks, I still not redeemed my $300. I've texted them on-site they keep saying, rest assured, your redemption will be processed. It is still pending. More than likely won't get my redemption. It's a scam site.... update. After telling vegas gems that I was putting out bad reviews on forums and sensors they immediately redeemed my 300 dollars.

It has been 11 days since I made my redemption request and I have yet to receive it. Customer support has been repeatedly telling me that they are working on it, yet nothing has happened.

I warn everyone to watch out because by the looks of it, they don’t seem to be doing financially well. No well run social casino does this.

I submitted a redemption on July 10 - it is now July 23 and still waiting. I already completed the verification process - I have chatted with customer service multiple times and they stated there was a problem with the bank they use — I’m losing faith that they will ever send my winnings -
One other thing to note, they only allow 1 redemption at a time - very disappointed with the delays - I’ve not had this problem with any other site. Vegas Gems, please fix this asap!

Don't play here got scammed out my winnings have every thing to prove it...I won 90 dollars but only could withdraw 30 a day so they wanted me to make a 30 dollar withdraw for 3 days to get my pay out they only paid me 30 after the first withdraw and said I had a zero balance..don't play

What went wrong is I gave customer service re a bad review and what happens next is unbelievable!!!! It is 25 verification photos that I have taken to get an account... And they keep denying my photo. All because I gave a bad honest review!!! Its total bullshit I cannot get an account because a person is butthurt. I am so upset because all I want to do is play my game I can't speak to anybody in charge.

This is my third review on Vegas Gems casino and this casino continues too amaze! I've played with them 5 times and have won over $600 Dollars which is awsome! Takes forever for redemption and only 1 redemption at a time save your money and play elsewhere

They respond quickly to any messages and seem to be real people. Not like some of the other sites who I guarantee are using AI for customer service.
