Veloorac Reviews

If I could give minus points I would. This company is rubbish, I am STILL waiting for an address (after 3 weeks) to return goods, but they do not answer emails and when they do after a long wait, they say would I accept a discount off my next order, but no returns address. I will NEVER order from them again and am sure they are breaking trade description advertising as if goods are M & S products. DONT Order from them, be warned.

Beware this company do not accept returns!

Please do not buy anything from here, my wife ordered 2 cardigans, when they arrived they were too small even though she ordered the largest size. Trying to get your money back is a waste of time, they ask for phots of the packaging etc, when you've send that they then want a photo of you wearing the garment. It was obvious from the photo that the cardigan was way too small, their reply was you ordered it its your fault, but we will give you a 20% reduction on your next order. They are taking the piss, DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS VEL00RAC THEY ARE CROOKS

Zero stars!! I ordered a jacket and they sent a completely different one. When I emailed them they tried to offer me a discount for a different size!! Its the jacket I ordered that i want not a different size. Low and behold they haven't even responded. Absolute scammers. Avoid at all cost.

I do not even want to award 1 it will be a minus in my opinion Everyone out there beware of this company they are SCAMMERS taken my money not delivered my goods advertised as marks and spencer and other companies sent numourous false emails to me i feel sick at being scammed i am usually so aware
