And when asking for help, the response was immediate and although the chat was a bot, the agent who corresponded through email was real. The site is excellent for building professional infographics with visual appeal. Additionally, Venngage was very helpful in closing the account with no hassle. I regret having to close the account. However, I didn't have as much time to design infographics, so I had to cancel my subscription. I believe the subscription is a good investment for small companies and educators without a lot of design experience and related software for design.
