Tenía unos días libres entre viajes en Barcelona y buscaba un lugar tranquilo, diferente a los wellness tradicionales, y así encontré Verda Wellness, un espacio íntimo y cerca

Guillermo me recibió en el aeropuerto y, junto a Adelina y Gabriel, hicieron que la experiencia fuera profundamente transformadora. Viví Tai Chi, las sesiones de “Finding Your Inner Sanctuary”, el one-to-one de emotional release and clarity (impactante), el workshop de mixology y la música de Gabriel con su violín y la conexión con los chakras, una experiencia que me ayudó a desconectar por completo y dar mis primeros pasos en meditar.

La atención, pero a la vez la libertad y el cuidado personal hicieron de este paréntesis una experiencia memorables de mi viaje.

My partner and I came to Verda Wellness Club at Verda House at a moment in our lives when we really needed time for ourselves. We had been through a deeply painful event, and we were looking for somewhere quiet where we could simply breathe and feel held.
What we found there exceeded what we hoped for. The calmness of the place itself does a lot of the work. Adelina and Guillermo welcomed us with a gentleness and professionalism that made us feel safe from the first moment. We had originally booked the 4-day Burnout & Stress Recovery retreat, but by the second day we already knew it would not be enough. The benefits and the energy of the retreat surprised us, so we asked to extend, and we ended up staying the full week.
The walks through the surrounding nature, the qi gong, and the meditations were profoundly restorative. The 1-to-1 session with Adelina went deeper than I expected, and gave us both real clarity at a moment when we needed it. The mixology workshop with Guillermo was a beautiful surprise. We had so much fun creating our own healthy drinks, and laughing together properly for the first time in months. The day trip to the Costa Brava was the finishing touch, and we got to see how genuinely beautiful Catalonia is.
Overall, it was a meaningful, restorative, and surprisingly fun experience, and absolutely worth the price. We will be back.

I had a truly wonderful and enlightening stay at Verda Wellness Club. Adelina and Guillermo created such a warm, calm and safe environment, completely tailored to my personal situation and needs.

The retreat had a perfect balance between movement, healing sessions, workshops and free time. I loved the hikes, qigong, Inner Sanctuary meditations, and the 1-to-1 sessions. I also learned a lot about nervous system regulation, supplements, healthy living, and myself.

Being back at work is still challenging at times, but this retreat truly felt like a reset for me and a place where seeds were planted.

Thank you Adelina and Guillermo for this beautiful experience. I would highly recommend Verda Wellness Club to anyone looking for rest, clarity and reconnection with themselves — and I will most likely go back myself one day.

I had a wonderful time. I learned a lot in nervous system relaxation, diet, supplements, and about myself. Including the accommodation, food, and 1-1 guidance i was really surprised about the amount of value you get. Highly recommend. I enjoyed the views, lots of 1-1 guidance and the beautiful apartment. Not to forget the food haha, I really enjoyed it. It was all healthy, organic, and they were helpful in adjusting to my diet, as well as providing helpful diet tips. Adelina, Guillermo and Eli all have unique strengths and they really complement each other well. Much love for them, until next time.
