I bought the Vertica Plus device more than a month ago but owing to work pressure and Conferences away from home I have successfully used it only 3 times.
A difficult process to start but the Specialist at the Vertica Company John Paul was fantastic in the advice given and help me with the configuration to my iPhone which was difficult to start with.
After just one treatment per week and total of 3 treatments I can see the fullness in the size of the penis but not tried coitus yet as I am not yet confident of a good erection.
I am 78 years old and have erectile dysfunction for 5 years but hopeful the device would work if I use it 3 times per week for at least 8 weeks as recommended by the company.
I will report after the right usage of the device so wish me luck and a prayer in all the Churches!

I had noticed a definite failing in my erectile quality over the last 3 years. I am 68 and always had good erections so I decided to purchase the Vertica last year. It was daunting and I wasn’t sure that it would work for me. The device is not perfect - you have to ‘reach’ your own level of comfort - I thought the higher levels would need to be attained for it to be effective but it can as I call it ‘zing’ your penile shaft which can be disconcerting and uncomfortable. Also, it can burn slightly so remember you need to reach your own comfort level. I am now at that point and in ‘maintenance mode’ - I have been using it once per week now but intend to drop down to once every two weeks - there is no real set guidance on this and it would be beneficial for longer term users to be given a possible ‘optimum guide?” - I think trials are needed here to provide evidence so - does it work? - it does and provides a man with that personal satisfaction that makes life worth living - thank you Vertica but please address the long term users issues and I also would have paid to have this personally ‘demonstrated’ before I stated using it - the video is OK but flawed - I had so many questions and concerns however,the after sales service is superb - thank you John-Paul.

My Vertica purchase has been a turning point in my battle against erectile function. I felt sad snd emasculated, and pills did not seem to work for me that well. Immediately I felt something was going on, but it is a slow burn. But ED did not happen overnight yet 3 months in I have my full erectile capacity back.v

The company: I purchased Vertica from Ohh-Med Medical UK. Though we had some complications with delivery, eventually everything was resolved, the company proved its integrity and dedication to customer satisfaction, the responses were super fast and the service felt personalized.
The device: All I can say I wish I could have it years ago. I am over 50 and after 3 months of use I feel 20 years younger. The procedure, though tedious, is not complicated at all, it only requires your dedication, a bit of time and consistency. It's very easy to deal with and in my cases I could see the first results in a month. Oh, yes it does make sense to buy the model with mobile app - it will sort of teach you how to use it right. Though it seems like an expensive investment - if you can afford it and you have the symptoms that Vertica promises to address - stop wasting money on questionable voodoo supplements and get the real thing. I wish I could have done that too, so much stress would have been avoided...
On a slightly negative side - the device might be improved in several areas, the instructions are a bit vague, and you don't need to cover everything with 3mm of gel lol, btw any ultrasound gel should work.
I see a lot of ppl mentioning burning - just don't go with more power settings, if you really need - do it only on Ring+Pad cycle.
Overall I can thank Vertica for much improved quality of my life, no doubts. Good luck!

I can feel the effect after using it for a few weeks but operating it requires a lot of patience to get right. It takes lots of trial and error and it’s not as simple as it sounds. Additionally, I’ve noticed that burning often occurs within the first few minutes if adjustments aren’t perfect, so you need to be extra cautious. Customer Care has advised me to apply more ultrasound gels which I did very generously each time but burns would still occur, which is frustrating. There’s definitely room for improvement for safety and ease of use.

It works. It did what they told me that it will do.

The machine appears to be making a difference after a few weeks of use but I found that it hard to use at first and the instructions could have been more detailed. A session is still taking me a lot longer than what is advertised, ie 30 mniutes, but it has decreased with each use. I hope that continuing use will bring even more improvements and I'm happy to provide further feedback in say 3 months time.

I had several questions concerning the use of Vertica and the course of improvement. Al questions were answered with good expertise. The consultation was very personal.

I am not sure if this device is working to be honest. It regularly overruns the time and one part of the device literally burns into my skin. This happens every time.

Not used it to full capacity yet or full treatment but I will if this works you will get the biggest thank you and yes it works hopefully if not not only you but I will be disappointed which means my sex life is over but there is always another option??

A truly remarkable device that has so enhanced my sense of well-being and vigour. I’ve been using the Vertica device for 9 months, and the improvements in my condition have been remarkable, as confirmed by ultrasound tests. Before starting, I was struggling with severe erectile dysfunction due to venous leakage. However, after consistent use of Vertica, I began experiencing spontaneous erections at night and improved erections during sexual activity. After a lot of thought, especially given the cost, I decided to go for it in January 2024. I had been dealing with ED and PE for years, but couldn't take the blue pill because it gave me headaches. The Vertica device caught my attention because it treats venous leakage, which I suspected was my issue (though I never got a formal diagnosis).

Right after the first use, I noticed a significant improvement in both strength and fullness. The progress came quickly, but I think I've reached my peak since I’m not seeing any further gains. I bought a unit when it first came out after reading an article in the Times. I'm 49 and I was suffering from moderate ED, which had crept up on me over about 5 years. I can just barely fit when it’s at the base (not a problem when you move away from the base as there is a bit of stretching when you move the device forward).

Timing on the unit on ring setting sometimes runs on until 19 minutes instead of the 15 minutes as advised in the manual. I frequently burn myself with the unit on ring setting no matter how much gel I use.
