Hadieh was absolutely amazing to work with! Communication with her was always quick and easy, and she listened to our preferences. She was patient in answering all our questions and scheduling multiple tours. Couldn't recommend her enough!

Recently had Hadieh help me and my roommates find our first Chicago apartment and could not be more satisfied! She went above and beyond to get us the information we needed no matter how small. I plan on using her in the future and cannot recommend enough!

My roommates and I had the best experience with Hadieh! She was so responsive, took the time to understand what we were looking for, and was so on top of getting in contact with the apartments we liked and scheduling tours! We couldn’t go to all of the showings, and she went herself and sent us videos immediately after we asked her to look into one! I highly recommend her!

I dont even remember how I found VeryApt but I am really glad I did. Hadieh (our agent) took our preferences and price and we were sent 1-4 properties a day to review via email. Once we had a small list of favorites she would schedule tour times. The VeryApt website and MLS property emails are awesome but what really impressed me was being driven around to 2-5 scheduled viewings anywhere from an hour to half a day by Hadieh. She set everything up, made all the calls, routed all correspondence and drove us all over Chicago for 4 weekends in a row FOR FREE. I still can't believe it was free of charge.

Being a doctor working the frontlines in NYC for the past few months, the last thing I wanted to do when coming to Chicago was hunt for apartments. I contacted Hadieh, gave her an overview of what I was looking for and later that day she sent me a wide variety of potential options but honestly after looking at the first few, my brain couldn’t compute any more amenities, square footage sizes, and different neighborhoods. We spoke a few more times and the FIRST place she showed me ended up being a success so within six hours she was able to negotiate and help me apply immediately- now that’s what I’m talking about! She understood the picture I had in mind without being able to fully verbalize everything I wanted or needed. Being a single woman and working crazy hours, certain features are more important to me and it was extremely comforting to have someone recognize them and help me find a place to call home, not just a space with four walls. I highly recommend her and she was a beacon of sanity during my whole cross-country moving process; she even helped me move in!!!!! I mean, how did I get so lucky to have someone like that in my corner?! Saying she is phenomenal at her job is an understatement; she goes well above and beyond what is required of her and that truly comes through to her clients. I definitely recommend her to anyone finding their next home and will contact her again when my lease is up! THANK YOU once again, Hadieh! You’re the best!

First of all, all my thanks to Hadieh. She's very helpful and patient. She's always there helping me with any issues I had even we're in different time zones. For foreigners like me who have no idea how searching an apartment works in the U.S, she helps me through the process smoothly.

We had a fantastic experience with Hadieh. My wife and I were looking for a rental home for our family (kids + dog), which required Hadieh venturing to more suburban areas of greater Evanston as we prioritized a house over apartments/condos in our search. She proved that she can do more than hunt for apartments!
