All in all, from my experience, I’d highly recommend Brooke; I was rather astonished that I had simply picked up the phone and within seconds was connected with someone so experienced, competent, and obviously excellent at her work, especially in comparison to others with whom I had worked. I had previously contacted two different Chicago real estate rental agents through Craigslist. One was helpful & showed me several properties that weren’t quite right. The second agent (also through Craigslist) seemed over the phone to be extremely lethargic, and didn’t do a great job of listening to me. I was left with the impression that perhaps she wasn’t the best person to really do the creative sleuthing necessary to find me an uncommonly great apartment. Instead, thank goodness I decided to try a different agent, gave VeryApt a call and got Brooke! I’ve been living in this apartment for the last 6 months, and I’ve been loving it here just as much as I thought I would, if not moreso! Thank you Brooke!!

Definitely recommend VeryApt and Hadieh! Looking for a housing while living in another country was not an easy job, but I was able to secure an apartment without too much hustle and bustle owing to Hadieh.

The three aspects that I appreciated the most are responsive, helpful, and responsible.

Hadieh was very responsive although I was in a different time zone; didn’t expect someone to be so responsive with 14hours difference 🤣.

She was helpful in providing information and answering trivial questions.

Lastly, she kept checking on me even after I signed the lease contract.

Hadieh made finding an apartment a breeze. She was professional, helpful, and energetic from day one, and made the experience incredibly personalized. It is not easy to find an apartment remotely, but she helped both my boyfriend and I find the perfect apartments in Evanston and Chicago. Highly recommend working with her!

Working with Hadieh was THE. BEST. I had never worked with a realtor before when apartment hunting, but my recent move to Chicago during a pandemic made it a necessity. And Hadieh made "virtual" apartment shopping a breeze and so convenient, despite my somewhat difficult demands. She was super resourceful in helping me get a good insight into the apartments and the neighborhoods I was considering, without any pressure. Which made the whole process much easier and basically stress-free during such a stressful time. Hadieh is cool, calm, and genuinely wants to help you find the place that's right for you. So grateful for her!

VeryApt has fantastic guides for finding apartments and the reviews were immensely helpful in helping me find my new apartment. Hadieh was also very hands on in sharing floorplans and available units on a regular basis; she made sure I had the necessary context on when to hold out for a unit and when to commit.

Brooke was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She gave me all the options and asked good questions to help narrow my search. She was incredibly patient with all my curve balls and changes. She was very attentive and quickly responded to all my requests. I feel great about the place that I settled on. I don't think that I could have had a better search. I would highly recommend!

Moving to a new country it's not an easy process. However, Hadieh made it smoother. She helped us from the beginning, since the house search until we signed the rental agreement. She was always available to answer all our questions and guide us during every step. We truly appreciate her help, she was the best!

Like many people moving to Evanston from out of town, my partner and I attended a housing fair where every major rental building in the city had set-up a booth - along with the lovely folks at VeryApt. There we met Hadieh from VeryApt who, without exaggeration - went above and beyond in asking us what type of residence we were looking for, finding us all the available properties, and sending us videos and pictures for those places that we had short-listed to rent.
