Brooke helped us find our current apartment and she was extremely helpful! She took us out in the middle of a snowstorm to show us places, so she is extremely dedicated! I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I used VeryApt to help me secure an apartment for my move cross country to Evanston, IL. I am not sure how I would have found an apartment without VeryApt. My concierge Hadieh was extremely responsive and toured apartments for me as I do not currently live in the Chicago area. I could not recommend this service more. Use them!!

Hadieh from VeryApt was great! My husband and I are moving to Evanston and we ran into some challenges searching for an apartment to accommodate our wish list plus our two dogs. Also we lived far which made touring a challenge. Hadieh was quick to respond to our questions and found us exactly what we were looking for. She also sent us unit layouts, pictures, and videos so we knew exactly what our unit would look like (not just the sample photos on the website). She also negotiated on our behalf which made signing the lease even easier. We are so excited to move into our new place!

She sent me dozens of apartments tailored to my preferences online before my arrival, making the selection much easier. Also,her ability to get the best price and arranging a good lease contract is something that I deeply appreciate.

Hadieh was very proactive in our apartment search, and helped find apartments that fit our needs, even beyond the ones we requested showings for. We asked showings for two apartments, and Hadieh reserved 5~6 apartments based on our needs. She asked questions to each apartment's management that we might have missed, and worked very closely with us throughout the showings. I would highly recommend her!

My partner and I re-located from the UK to Chicago and Hadieu made the whole move transition very smooth.

As we were both new to the City, we were unsure if we wanted to live downtown or in the suburbs, so viewing the properties in advance via the veryapt portal gave my husband and I a good idea of where we wanted to be based.

On our first weekend in Chicago, we were booked up with back to back viewings and have found the house of our dreams.

Jana was so kind and introduced me to a house that was perfect for me. Even though there were various problems due to my situation, she sincerely solved all the problems and I was able to move in very easily and quickly. It was a really enjoyable experience and I highly recommend her.

I was contacted by VeryApt after submitting a request for information about units available in the Residences of Sherman plaza. I was promptly contacted by Jana Pierce who was AMAZING to work with. Jana setup a number of showings for us, quickly learned what we were looking for in a new apartment and advocated for us when meeting with leasing teams. She is extremely intelligent, responsive and knows the area well. I would immediately contact Jana again if we move or recommend her to anyone I know.

My VeryApt agent, Hadieh, was so wonderful and helpful. As someone who had just started a new job and finished up a graduate degree, I didn't have much time or money to throw at my apartment search. I was skeptical at first because VeryApt is free, which sounded too good to be true, but I am so glad I utilized this resource. Hadieh gave me great information about the area I was interested in, found places within my budget with the amenities that were important to me, and came with me to view the apartments. She sent me apartment options where all I had to do was give yes, no, or maybe rating, and then she would take it from there; she set up the tours working around my schedule, asked questions I wouldn't have thought to pose, and broke everything down for me so I can make a clear decision.

The best part about this whole experience was that Hadieh made it clear that she wanted me to be as happy with my new home as possible. She knew if I did or did not like the space we were looking at, and would tell me if she thought the apartment, price, location, and amenities were fair. She even laid out strategic options for me to get the best price (i.e. timing my move for the lowest price, negotiating with the leasing office when appropriate, etc.). Hadieh was personable and professional, and made a huge difference in my apartment hunt. I found great new home at a reasonable price and wonderful location, I couldn't have done it without her. I immediately felt very comfortable with Hadieh. She was direct, asked a lot of questions which helped her, help me get my dream dwelling. I cant say enough about her professionalism, especially during a tough Family situation. Her communication was key to my success in finding my apartment. A big thanks to Hadieh for helping me find an apartment in a limited time frame. She was very thorough and helpful throughout the booking and visiting process.

The online system was efficient at eliminating options and adding notes to help the realtor.

My only improvement would be providing easier log in details back to this site - I found I would have to get an old email back up to follow the link to sign me into the online system.
