Helen brierly has the patience’s of a saint .she rang me weeks ago to review my policy . I said ring back multiple times but ended up working or not having the correct information for her . She was an amazing lady nothing to much trouble she made sure it was the right protection I needed to fill a gap on illness . We got there in the end in fact I will miss her warm friendly voice a true confident and professional and very knowledgeable of her profession .Thank you so much Helen for setting up my policy much appreciated Helen Byatt
