My 16yr old bichon was peeing blood and I couldn’t get her to our regular vet - called Veteris for home visit - wonderful service from first call to the actual visit. Dr Tal was great and very patient with her. I was fearing the worst but after blood tests and ultrasound she was diagnosed with cystitis and possibly getting over a bout of pancreatitis. Given injections and meds and now on the mend. Not cheap but I was given clear visibility of the charges so no surprises. I would definitely use again in an emergency.

I could not be more impressed by the way Veteris responded to a cat with breathing difficulties on a bank holiday weekend. The vet arrived quickly, examined the cat thoroughly and provided medication that made a huge difference. Absolutely excellent.

Overall, Veteris was a fantastic service. The staff on the phone were very compassionate and helpful, keeping me updated while waiting for a home emergency call out. The wait time was very long, but considering the distance, time of day, being a bank holiday and them keeping in touch with updates, I will still give them a 5 star service.

We had a vet called Finlay visit us, and he was very attentive and caring with our cat, fully equipped with everything to check her out, keeping us in the loop of everything that was happening. We were really greatful to have him able to visit and tend to her.

The vet Tal arrived within just a few hours and during this wait time I recieved regular calls from the team to check how my cat, Jarvis, was doing and to update me on when Tal would arrive. Tal was really kind, calm and reassuring. He gave Jarvis a blood test, a drip with fluids and medicine and he gave the treatment in a way that minimised any distress for my cat. I was really grateful for the advice and feel fully informed on the sign I should be looking out for while Jarvis recovers. I would highly recommend Tal and the team’s great service and would call them straight away should something similar happen in the future.

Very quick response on a bank holiday Sunday, at my house within an hour of calling to treat a recurring case of Giardia. Treatment administered on the spot - left with peace of mind.

A vet called Rita came out to see my elderly greyhound after a bad seizure. She was very thorough and informative with her checks. We then made the decision to have our dog put down, Rita was gentle and compassionate throughout. It was the perfect send off for our dog, calm and relaxed at home. I’m very grateful for the care and service provided, I couldn’t recommend more.

We are deeply grateful for the help of Dr Vinh from Veteris in the saddest night of our lives so far. It was emergency call and we knew where it will take us, but he was there both for us and our dog to guide us and give time to the whole family to say goodbye to our beautiful boy, our Mukka.

It’s any pet owner’s worst nightmare to have their pal need emergency treatment, even more scary to have to leave them in the hands of strangers overnight.
After both of my cats had helped themselves to a feast and landed themselves in hospital for poisoning treatment, I was terrified. I hadn’t heard of Veteris before but my own vet reassured me they were great, and they truly were. Everyone was so kind and genuinely seemed to care. I was lucky enough to be able to visit each day they were there and I was sent pictures and updates regularly. Felt they really deserved being left positive feedback and hopefully it helps ease the stress of another person in this position. Your friend will be in safe hands.

I have a rabbit that was limping - an emergency in rabbits, who are rather fragile - and could not find even an emergency appointment at the local vets. Veteris immediately responded to my call to them, were very kind and transparent about costs, and sent a brilliant vet within an hour. Emma was compassionate and knowledgable and gave our rabbit painkillers, and also provided us some really helpful advice on what to do next if our rabbit did not improve. We were sent a very thorough medical report and invoice after. I’d 100% use Veteris again.

My dog was scratched in the eye by a cat and needed emergency treatment, Finlay was bang on time and really lovely, he did a great job especially as she's nervous and was super kind and put her right at ease.
I was charged just over £500 which feels excessive for an hour long appointment, when I checked this invoice I realised they charged me £181.30 for 3 medications you can buy for a total of £24. They say they cannot compete with online pricing but I find this very excessive.

So, great service but their attitude to inflated medication pricing leaves a bad taste in your mouth as you really do feel they charge excessively, I could understand even double the cost but this is insanity. It's a shame as it must leave a lot of people in a really difficult position both emotionally and financially when they're already in a difficult position with their pet having sought out of hours care.

Showed so much care and kindness as we lost our beloved cat . . Helped us make a very difficult decision. Gave us time to have cuddles and say goodbye in our own time without rushing us . Also lovely message on tuesday expressing their sadness on our loss . My cat was 21 Thank you so much

My mums cat was very poorly and had to put to sleep. Dr Akhil attended very rapidly.
I must say he was a true gentleman with a wonderful nature. Just the man for such a sensitive time. Every step was explained with clarity, empathy and so much warmth.
Would thoroughly recommend in such a sad situation. Everyone we dealt with was professional and very caring

I was in so worried about my 14yr old staffie she has a few problems and I thought this is it but the vet put me at my ease and my dog has a reprieve and in now on medication. Thank you so much ! Good experience all round !

We were really impressed with the service and with Akhil, the lovely vet who came to our house. He made what might have been a very upsetting and difficult experience feel calm and peaceful. We were all extremely grateful and would recommend the service. Thank you.

Losing our beloved sphynx Harold, was one of the hardest experiences we’ve ever gone through, but the team at Veteris Pet Hospital Clapham made an incredibly painful time a little more bearable.
From the very beginning, they were compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated. They worked tirelessly to care for Harold and did everything they could to help him. Throughout the process, they kept us informed and supported, always showing kindness and understanding.
When it came time to make the heartbreaking decision to let him go, they treated Harold with such dignity and gave us the space and support we needed to say goodbye.
We are so grateful for their care, empathy, and professionalism. Thank you for looking after Harold and for being there for us during such a difficult time.

Dr Finlay was excellent, I highly recommend him. Calm and professional, exactly what we needed in a very sad situation with our dog.

From my initial call everything was brilliant. The receptionist was so kind and efficient. Rita came to visit us at home, she was with us within 40 mins. She was calm, efficient, professional and absolutely wonderful as she supported us through diagnosis, decision making and the end for our glorious rabbit. Her empathy and kindness, giving us time, support, direction and compassion will stay with us forever. I can’t thank you enough for such an excellent service.
