VEVOR ..THE CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY....electric percolator coffee pot...5 stars on their site and several other sites...all bot generated....stopped working..actually sounded like going to explode 5 months in...contact company...wanted a video...told them I will send you the failure pot but I was not plugging it in....said get back to me in 48 hours...week later return the following reply..

We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
You are our valued customer and we are willing to provide you with two solutions.
1. We refund you 18USD.
2. We resend you a product with the same model as the original order (please provide the delivery information?)

Ordered a VEVOR Cordless Mini Press… got a battery powered paper weight

Ordered a VEVOR Cordless Mini Press Tool, 18V Electric Pipe Crimping Tool. Received it fast. Tested it, worked. The very next day I begin a project - I've got the pipes all set up ready to crimp so I grab the tool and it's dead. I had to run out and grab another tool as I couldn't leave my pipes unfastened.

I have spent the last week with customer support, getting about 1 reply per day. On the seventh day they advised me to "press the big button". After I threatened a credit card charge back, THEN they finally started being helpful. But I was only offered a partial refund or a replacement. Are they serious? They want to charge me $100-200 to dispose of their tool?? Or replace a tool that randomly broke overnight sitting on a table?? I cannot trust this tool or this company.

Avoid this company unless absolutely desperate

Be careful, online customer support and disputes go into an empty pit

We ordered a rubber roof mat in early December, it said 2-3 days delivery. 12 days later it was delivered to another city 500 miles away. In January it was a week of disputes with a terrible customer service experience, having to explain how to track the shipping, and that the city it was delivered to is not even in the same province. Vevor agreed to refund in 3-15 business days. 30 business days later, no refund. Be careful!

I love Vevor

I love Vevor! I am so glad I discovered this site. Products so far have been beyond my expectations, delivery is so fast, and website is easy to use.

The cost and the actual products have been so much better than what I have found in a commercial space.

If i can give 0 i would

I have only had 1 out of the 4 Vevor products i have purchased in the past 1.5 years

VEVOR is completely unreliable, bad quality products that do not last more than a year. On top of that they do not hold high standards of product quality, customer care, tech support, part support. I have had a few first hand experiences and will no longer be supporting this companys or their products. Dont bother trying to reach out to support in any category as they will just waste your time and give you no resolution. At most run you around for 2-3 weeks with false promise and assurances only to come back and say we can reimburse you a measly 36$

They will not support you in any way even if you are not trying to go through warranty and simply asking for guidance in find replacement parts and willing to even buy yourself at local store or pay them to supply.

Great to deal with

This company has been great to deal with so far. I have spent $1000s there. No unresolved issues. I’ve had an issue once so far. They took care of it within 2 days. Very reasonable. Delivery is always included in price. Which I appreciate. Easy to print off invoices for business purchases. Overall very happy so far. Been dealing with them since Feb 2025.

Potential Fraud

I ordered from Vevor twice. The items were of good quality, but when I made the second order, I got a fraudulent charge on my credit card on the same day for almost the same amount. $105.57 correctly charged from Vevor and $105.37 was fraudulently charged from someone else. I almost said "Yes, that was my transaction" when I got the fraud alert because of the similarity. Maybe this had nothing to do with Vevor but it is incredibly suspicious. I reached out to Vevor customer service to alert them and they just said "We don't do these frauds". I aked for an internal investigation and they said they would investigate and they don't do this. (Kind of contradictory.) I tried to close my account but the platform wouldn't let me because it says I have pending orders.

Circulation Pumps are GARBAGE

I bought a circulation pump and it failed after two months use. Their customer service is garbage and we have been without heat for over a week in the middle of winter. Never seen customer service this bad. Don't waste your money on Vevor if you need something reliable

I recently ordered 2 items from vevor

I recently ordered 2 items from vevor, both orders said they'd be delivered by January 28th. The water pump I need for my house was ordered on the 25th, 3 days seems reasonable. When the order was shipped 24 hours later (48 hrs before it was to arrive) the delivery date was pushed back by 3 days... no warning, just "we lied, best of luck keeping your old pump alive for the extra 3 days so you can have running water." I would have driven to town and bought a pump if I'd known they were lieing to make a sale!!! When they finally shipped the other item THREE freaking days after it was ordered, and 48hrs before it was to arrive, the delivery date was changed from the 28th to the 3rd... a freaking week later!! No explanation, no warning just another "we lied, too bad." I definitely won't be buying from these dishonest clowns again!!!

Edit to respond: don't try to pass it off as a shipping issue when it is blatant misinformation being posted on YOUR site. UPS isn't responsible for your claim that an item in BC (location unknown to me at time of purchase) will arrive to me in a remote Ontario town within 3 business days. UPS has been very open and honest about their realistic delivery date, YOU were not! Let's also draw attention to your website's claim that all items ship within 24 hours when in reality it took you 3 days to get it out the door. Don't lie to customers and you won't alienate customers.

Lots of spam that you cannot turn off…

Lots of spam that you cannot turn off and no notification that your shipment is ready for pick up. I mean, if you are going to send me emails every other day that I cannot unsubscribe from, you can at least send me an email saying you shipped my package and that it is waiting for me and that I only have 2 days to pick it up

Beware if anything goes wrong - No refund

Beware if anything goes wrong. they will never refund you the money. All there stuff are told to make you go in circles and blame you.

This is important because all of there products are commercial equipment and the having a bad after sales support is disastrous.

They say, 30 day refund guarantee but it's a lie.

safe your self a headache and buy from other stores that don't play games even if it's a little more because at least you have after sales support and can return if there is a malfunction
