Avoid this company
Avoid this company! I’ve had two consecutive orders arrive damaged. First, chair covers with holes that were never addressed, and now two out of six chafing dishes arrived broken. Their "support" is a nightmare. After submitting photos, they asked for them again via email at 4:00 AM on a Sunday and closed my case immediately when I didn't respond.
There is no way to speak to a human, and the live chat is unresponsive for hours. Save your money and buy elsewhere; their return policy is designed to make you give up.

I don't recommend this company
I placed an order on Dec 17 and planned everything so that the job would be done during the holydays, the order never arrived despite many attempt to contact the company the automated answer send me to the transport company and the automated answer send me back to the previous one. After 3 weeks they send me a refund saying that they're sorry.
Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this company.

Terrible return process!
I purchased a bike stand and it was completely faulty and missing integral parts. I tried to return it by contacting the company and you cannot speak to someone, it is just a bunch of robots. I did finally get a reply and had to negotiate a refund from them over a series of emails. I originally gave them 1 star but I did finally get a refund.

I would not recommend this company
I ordered a Pet Bath Station The stated delivery time was 5 business days, but delivery took almost 20 days.
When the item arrived, it was completely damaged and unusable. After 7 days of communication and providing photos, VEVOR offered $100 compensation for a product that cannot be used. No pickup or return was arranged for the approximately 100 kg unit.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company

I had an excellent experience with this company. The customer service was truly outstanding — professional, patient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They handled my matter promptly and with real care, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that communicates this well and follows through exactly as promised. I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone. Outstanding service all around.
Extremely Disappointed – Damaged Tent, Poor Packaging, and Terrible Customer Service
We ordered a Vevor outdoor tent for our small business because of their strong reputation and positive reviews we do year-round outdoor markets on Vancouver Island, so we needed something durable that could handle winter weather. Unfortunately, our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
After waiting nearly two weeks for delivery (four days past the promised date), the tent arrived bent and damaged in three separate areas. It was immediately clear that this was a previous return that had been reboxed and reshipped without inspection. The manual was already opened, stakes were loose in the box, and none of the frame pieces were wrapped or protected. Even the tent sides showed visible signs of prior use.
Despite providing photo and video evidence, Vevor repeatedly refused to offer a proper replacement or full refund — instead offering a series of small partial “compensation” payments ($25, $50, and then $120 CAD) to keep a product that is completely unusable. Their packaging was careless, their responses were dismissive, and their “solutions” were clearly designed to delay until the 30-day return period expired.
We’ve now filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be disputing the full charge with our credit card provider. This has caused real damage to our business operations and trust.
If you’re a vendor, small business, or anyone relying on your equipment to perform in real conditions — avoid Vevor. The lack of quality control, accountability, and customer support is unacceptable.

Concern Regarding Product Quality and Return Policy
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase from VEVOR through Amazon. The product I received showed visible signs of wear and appeared not to be properly assembled at the factory.
When I contacted VEVOR directly through their website to request a return, my request was refused on the basis that the Amazon listing stated “no refund.” I find this practice misleading and unacceptable, as the condition of the item did not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
It appears that VEVOR may be reselling defective or low-quality items purchased in bulk, and using restrictive refund terms to avoid accountability. As a result, I will not be purchasing from this company again and strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with
