Our experience today at VFS Hyderabad was excellent. Everything was done systematically. All documents were thoroughly collected. The officer at the counter Mr. Nagendar was very helpful & efficient in handling our visa applications. Entire procedure was made simple. Everything was perfect.

** Irresponsible VFS team**

On continuation on my yesterday review ...
Again I had multiple calls with VFS helpdesk but there is no proper response from them .
1. VFS is unnecessarily holding my passport for more than 3 days without any reason.
2. VFS helpdesk sent an email reminder to Chennai VFS team for sending my passport to near by blue dart center but there is no response from Chennai VFS team.
3. Just sending a cover which contains passport to blue dart , for this really need three days ??
4. Yesterday morning I have sent an alternative blue dart address near to my house but after 1.5 days later again they sent email asking me alternative address . It clearly saying that no one reading the emails properly.
4. The executive Ajithra promised me that passport will Automatically deliver to near by blue dart location at the time of application submission.
5. It’s my passport I need it ASAP . Why VFS is holding for no reason.?

Any senior managers from VFS I need your attention to take action immediately and send the passport ASAP please share the tracking number as well. I need my passport tomorrow at any cost .

I have been awaiting a a visa application reimbursement in South Africa since June 15th its now 11th August and nobody in this organization takes my query seriously. The call centre agents managers in Bruce Lukhele and Mohammed Bapoo go out of there way to stall and prevent the processing of reimbursements.

I was double charged for visa appointments for my wife and myself by Cindy Mouton at the Cape town VFSglobal branch for a Shengen visa to Italy on the 6th June. she admitted her error immediately but said that I needed to request a refund form this i filled out and sent off with the relevant receipts on the 17th June. I have been attempting without success to get my funds returned ever since then.

I requested through the call centre management to speak with the CEO or head of VFS global in South africa but was told that that would be impossible. I find the way in which this company hides behind its call centre completely unacceptable and wish to expose VFS and its staff for their shocking service and complete lack of customer care.

The sooner all embassies, consulates the Department of Home affairs and other organisations making use of VFSGlobal are made aware of the slew of complaints and move away from using this company the better.

SA passport renewal: website never works, I can't ever get passed the login page. I have also been told that they will charge me if I'm having issues logging in, as though it is my problem? Very frustrating.

If we call, we can hear a recorded message, there are either no live customer service people or these people not picking up the phone. Whenever we try to book an appointment for a visa application, no slots are available. So what kind of service is this company providing customers. At least they can attend our calls, not completely ignoring! so how can we get a best service?
