We visited VFS global london for Canada for passport submission (visa stamping)and I was assigned with May Barbe. What a beautiful soul. She entertained even the silliest question I asked of her. I told her she might be our guardian angel for that day and indeed she is! We got our passport back today with visa stamped! Me and my family are really thankful to May for all the help she extended last Tuesday to make our visit to VAC worthwhile.

The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and makes you feel stupid. She refused to speak English with me even though I don’t have a lot of knowledge in French and got mad with me when I didn’t understand her. Then processed to hit her head in frustration. Not a good person to have on the front desk as a first impression.

This feels like a corrupt money grab. Got a tourist visa extension rejected for being “late” after VFS would not give me an appointment for a month then charged me another high fee to appeal. I’d rather wait in line for the government versus these private company leeches that have effectively made applications a huge expense

I visited VFS Canada three times — for biometrics, passport submission, and passport collection — and each time I was assisted by Mary Barbe. She was professional, kind, and very helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. VFS Canada is lucky to have her on their team.

I have had several terrible experiences with VFS over the years. Heartless and cunning money grabber is what I'd call the Indian owner of this global enterprise. On this occasion, I found they now have printers for 50p a page in the building which was an enormous surprise. VFS usually makes a killing from any extra service for something you did not see in the fine print. Perhaps the reformation has arrived.

The reason for the review is my agent Mrs. Barbe who was absolutely fabulous. Kind, considerate and an asset to her office. I hope VFS sees the value in the way she conducts business.

I had one of the most frustrating experiences with VFS Canada UK. Their help center team is utterly unprofessional—it’s like speaking to a bunch of programmed bots with zero human empathy. No matter what you ask, they copy-paste the same generic responses without actually reading your message.

Every interaction feels like an “end of the world” auto-reply, directing you to send yet another email (which, surprise surprise, never gets a useful response). They completely ignore the actual issue at hand and just push you in circles. It’s a total waste of time!

VFS needs to do better. People rely on their services for life-changing applications, and this level of robotic, dismissive customer support is unacceptable.

Very unprofessional staff, they don't allow laptops and ask for $10 from people to store it for them, all without first informing during application process , such a money grab.
They misbehave when you challenge them.

The most useless company ever, I have paid 160 GBP for an international two way courier but All I get is an email every other day which says we can not find your postcode. I don’t know why Governments pays lots of money to a company which is a fraud.

According to their web site, VFS Canada has no Schengen visa appointments for France available for the rest of the year - except for a few in February and only in Montreal and Ottawa. What a lousy scam!

It's been a great experience here at VFS Global Hyderabad. Timely service provided and the associates were prompt and kind.

Very happy with VFS banglore for German Visa processing. Especially, asit and Deepak have checked the documents thoroughly to ensure that Visa processing would be assured

VFS New Delhi Canada - Shamsher, Avinash, Ayush, and Sumit all are amazing people. They helped me by going of the way.

Shamsher is the most kind person and helped me immensely and finally I got my visa after repeat Biometrics because of his continuous effort!

Even Ayush helped me till the time I was satisfied with my fingerprints.

Rude, irresponsible, non-empathy officers/liar (two) at Vancouver office. They refused to share their names.

Refused to process visa application docs with non-sense excuse with lies, while the officer actually had no case to deal with at the same time-frame. The visa application was scheduled for my 74-year-old mom-in-law living in USA, driving all the way from Seattle, USA across border from 7:30am during the covid-pandemic. The two officers are rude, irresponsible , have no empathy , and lied with non-sense excuse in the case.

Very efficient, professional and helpful. Had a small hiccup with my application and Aditya went the extra mile to make sure everything was ready to submit.

Aditya was amazing. He helped me go through my checklist and ensure that it ws complete and that all the requirements were met. He was very patient as I was reviewing my documents. He was very friendly also and is very confident in his work. It was an enjoyable experience

I had opted for Premium services, when I did my Biometrics for me and my dependent. I was told one way courier would be complimentary if I go for Premium, but when I requested for Passport collection using web form, I was sent a payment link for 2 way courier charges, even after uploading the receipt for Premium charges. I had raised an ticket for this issue on 4th Oct. Ticket number is 878291. still it is not resolved nor mone contacted me from VFS. Please help solving the issue soon.
