VFS made a mistake when sending my wife file to the french consulate in Montreal last may 2021. They corrected that mistake but needed to pay 118$ more on top of original payment! VFS Ottawa said it will be refund quickly... After a lot of exchange with that ''scrap'' cie nothing in solve yet (we re almost oct 2021). They re just trying to make u give up either by asking new docs, losing ur doc or not answering u. All european embassies should really go back to managing their own visas like bfr. Its additional cost for the visas and the services offered by that VFS is degrading!!

Aditya is the person who helped submit my visa application at VFS Ottawa and he was extremely patient and considerate during the whole process. He made sure to clarify all the details I needed and allowed me more time to fetch some documents I didn’t have on hand too not to mention he was very professional.

I was attended by Hanan at the front desk her smile and the way she attended me made me feel so welcome, Edelaine is another star I would like to mention, very soft spoken, a very positive attitude towards her work. Above all Mr. Priyank the star who does not leave any opportunity to make you feel very comfortable at the premises, he makes sure the wait is not too long, he assures if everything is been taken care of.once again I would like to express my gratitude, Thankyou all for your professional service and kind gestures towards your clients. Worst passport submission 2 way courier system. They do not reply any emails even after 20 days. It's too embarrassing. Call helplines is closed as they don't want to answer client.
