Placed an order for £90 under eye patches two weeks ago. No postage yet. Contacted customer services with no reply. Will be cancelling my order.

Avoid this company. I had bought their products a few years ago and was pleased with the results.

However, I recently bought 2 items and I received the package with only 1 item inside. I have emailed the support email address twice asking for the second, remaining item to be shipped but I have not received a response. I feel like I have been scammed as no one has followed up with me.

I have been a customer for years, until I realised I couldn't afford the subscription anymore. I have paused/cancelled before, so I thought it would be as simple as other times. I went into my profile to cancel the subscription but the option was nowhere to be seen. For some reason the UI was changed and they hid the subscriptions tab.

In January, I emailed them saying I wanted to cancel and to refund me the last order's money, I got no response.

I emailed again in April after a new order was placed which was ignored. that order still "went ahead" and was marked as delivered, but the photoproof didn't show the package anywhere, I emailed them asking *again* for the money back as the order hadn't been delivered. They ignored that email too.

It is now August and I am still subscribed, my bank just reached out to me as the dispute I had to open back in May had just got a response from them asking for the money I told my bank to refund after not getting the order and getting ignored. I have had to block the merchant on my bank as there's no other way to stop any future orders. I have emailed then constantly and no response.

Their customer service used to be amazing until last year or so, I wonder why the change...

So, I bought their products but I didn't realise it was a subscription. The second order was shipped without any notification and I was charged £170 for products I can't use as their patches give me eczema in my eyelids. I've been trying to reach out to their customer services but I've had no replies. It looks like they can't be bothered at all once they have your money. I now have to chase it up with my bank as there's literally noone I can speak to in this company

Coming back as had rated this company very poorly given shipment issues. However, I have had the most amazing customer service. Jess, has gone above and beyond to help me with my order. It's taken us weeks but we have got there. Jess has been an absolute super star!!! Huge asset to the firm and customers alike.

I bought the eye patches and used as directed, made absolutely no difference to my under eyes and each time I use them I end up with a migraine like headache. Thought it was just coincidence at first but the same thing keeps happening each time I use this product. I would not recommend, total waste of money 😡

I have used the Eye Rejuvenator for 3 months once a week for 2 hours each time .
I noticed a lighter skin colour under my eyes every time that I use the patch, but unfortunately on the next day is all back to the way it was , so this product is good if you are going to a party at night or go out and just want fresh looking eyes for that moment , other than that Unfortunately this product did not worked on my skin as advertised, this product have made no difference on my under eyes wrinkles.
