I submitted my Econsult late on Tuesday afternoon and by early evening I received a reply from Dr Hanganu my GP that she had referred me for an Ultrasound which will aid the process towards a diagnosis. I would rate my GP and St Luke’s Practice in general very highly.

Was very quick to respond, got answer and medication sent out with in a hour , very pleased with service

All very simple to use and gives clinician clear understanding of your issues/problems and or request before necessary action taken

All perfect well and quick as should be done in every profesional health care.

The best thing that could have happened to my local GP practice. This has completely streamlined making appointments, getting medication reviews and getting to know what services my GP practice offers.

With this new system I’m not having to wake up early and spam the practice with calls at 8:00 AM and being told there are no longer any appointments available at 8:01 AM! Just today I managed to get my medication review done in less than 10 minutes at 10:15 AM, this was unheard of before!

I would really want more practices to implement this!

First time using this system, it's Staff were so helpful and Professional.

AMC has also been so helpful to us! We have moved surgeries from Ecton Brook first then to Favell Plus we has issues with both GP Surgeries they nearly killed me at Ecton Brook as they missed diagonised me of being “Fat” when actually I had Fluid in my lungs and around my heart! Favell Plus fobbed my husband off with medication instead of helping him as he autstic! But since we moved to AMC they have done nothing but always being there for us! We are classed as a disabled household
And our eldest daughter has severe Autism and ADHD along with being non verbal, incontence and Sleep issues, if she needed to be seen they are always trying to help us and get an appointment if we needed one at 4 in the afternoon they went out there way to get her in the same day. No other GP would do that! Thank you guys for being there for us we appreciate you so much 💕 even today i did an Animea to chase some blood results and quite quickly back to me and downloaded my results.
