Good service, quickly reply and undresrand my situation.

Quick response from clinical and admin staff but would just be easier and quicker if I had access to my documents directly.

Quick and simple, no waiting in queues

Triage system working as it should. My enquiry regarding test results received a quick response from a G.P which I appreciate. If I had access to read the results myself it would have saved a few minutes of G.P’s precious time. I am happy with the response received.

Speedy response to an appointment request

I had a appointment with my doctor , very quick, and they got back to me straight away very good

Received prompt reply and appointment booked with physiotherapist for 3 weeks time at my surgery as requested

Very easy to use and efficient

Andi the AI receptionist has to be one of the most frustrating and useless bits of technology I have had the displeasure of using. Exceptionally unhelpful - what would have taken me no more than 30 or so seconds with a human took many more minutes and multiple attempts. Really unhelpful.

Very good service but a sometimes you have to wait or try again next day.

Seems that organising the nhs to get treatment is dependent on the individual to chase and it should be the gp and hospital getting appropriate treatment organised. The Anima form filling is a massive step backwards from the service that once was

I needed a repeat prescription quickly, for medication last used about 3 months ago because I have to go away for 10 days tomorrow and the condition has become troublesome. My new prescription was sent to my usual pharmacy in under an hour. Great service, thank you. R Stocks.

Quick response to my request, a Gp who is caring & very thorough , looked at my past history & has been very kind & helpful x

The people at the reception are nice and helpful; I haven't had any issues so far. with issuing a prescription and scheduling an appointment.

Recently switch GP from Ch Essington Park Surgery to Orchard Practice and the service I have reveived thus far is excellent, from the reception team to the nurses I am extremely grateful for all the support provided to help me maintain my physical health, as well as Mental Health.
