I used Anima this afternoon. Within 10 minutes I received a phone call offering me an appointment with a Doctor 45 minutes later.

My response from the doctor was prompt and clear and allowed for me to ask for any further clarifications.
It helped me to fell confident about the steps going forward with my treatment.

I tried to arrange a contact with a GP via Anima but for some reason Anima didn't seem to be working for me today. So I telephoned my surgery.
The lady at reception was kind, sympathetic and made my Anima request on my behalf.
Within minutes the GP replied arranging for a prescription to be collected at the pharmacy.

Query sent two hours constructive reply with advice so Anima works really well for me.

Response time was very quick as I didn’t expect to hear anything back for a few days but I have a doctors appointment in a few days and am very grateful for the help in getting me to the doctors appointment

I can’t praise my GP practice highly enough. Every time I’ve needed support — whether for myself or my wife during her cancer treatment — the team has been consistently compassionate, professional, and incredibly responsive.
The Anima system makes it easy to submit requests, and I always receive prompt, thoughtful follow‑up from clinicians who genuinely care. Reception staff, nurses, and doctors all go above and beyond, and their kindness has made a difficult journey feel that little bit lighter.

The new Anima system works amazingly well … first class response

Wateringbury Surgery have made me so pleased I am one of their patients. I asked for information about a blood test which I could not obtain on my NHS APP and it was dealt with so quickly.

This system works well for me. When I submit a query, no matter what it is, it is always answered promptly by the surgery staff. No more hanging on the phone. Just type your query in, plus some security questions and you’re done.

I messaged my doctors, and had a message back within 10mins, you cnt get an ambulance faster. Dr. Kelly is too good.

Super fast response and diagnosis. My virus was contagious and this was by far the best response
