Anima form so easy to use
Very quick response

I give Dean Cross surgery 5 stars for my telephone appointment due to a leg infection also it was so easy to send a photo for leg to be seen thank you for the help given so quickly .

Husband and I patients at phoenix for past 5 yrs with his complex medical condition and medication can cause problems although we have had a few phoenix staff have always managed to help sort it out
We have always managed to get appointments in a good time frame .Lisa Emma and staff very helpful . Always good to get blood tests done within a few days unlike a lot of surgeries.
Fingers crossed our service continues 👍

Very good service

I confess I've written a 1* review for Anima before, when I first used it last year. I was frustrated by not having enough time to fill in the information & medical request boxes. I found punching my symptoms into AI and asking it to precis into the 500 characters allowed for each box, there are three of these such boxes one for initial information, one for expanded extra information and one for what would you like the GP to do. I copy and paste the three texts they give me, it gets maximum info to Anima with minimum fuss and the GPs responses are then well informed and targeted towards the correct solution. Used efficiently which my GP service does, this tool is excellent. I've received very quick responses to face to face for serious issues, plus a request to categorize myself as immunosuppressed.

I think the anima app is great, I received an answer back to my questions within an hour and also a telephone call from a very nice lady.
