Contacted Vickery Estate Agents to arrange a viewing of a property. After taking all my details the agent was insistent that "due diligence" required him to come to value my property first. Cart before the horse comes to mind and one unhappy prospective buyer! To me it would seem likely that the agents already have a buyer in mind.

It started well but after six weeks a massive 50k price drop was recommended and then a further drop as it had not sold. I was lied to and bullied, no names, but they will know! I am very disappointed that my house has not sold for a decent price. They lose interest after a while if it doesn't sell and as it is a fixed fee there is no incentive. I emailed asking them to take my house off the market and had no acknowledgement! Extremely rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend them.

Their professionalism, communication skills, and genuine enthusiasm made the entire selling process smooth and stress-free. They update you from every progress of your buying and selling.We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.".

As a first time buyer I couldn’t have asked for any more support from Toby and the team. I was kept well informed of developments in the process and had frequent calls either weekly/biweekly with updates. I felt comfortable to ask any questions I had and was always responded to in a timely manner either via email or telephone. Everything felt very smooth and I had no problems at all. I would highly recommend Vickery’s as a company especially their West End branch.

Having dealt with various local agents during our recent house move, I wouldn't recommend any of them except Vickery (Camberley). George Bainbridge & especially Matt Bozier went above & beyond. No issue was too much trouble for Matt; he was a great communicator, tenacious, solutions focused and relentless in ensuring everything progressed within our chain. He pretty much did the job for all the other agents in the chain & we may not be sitting in our new home now if it wasn't for him! We can't thank him enough & would highly recommend Vickery Camberley & will certainly use them again in the future.

The Vickerys team were all really helpful during our house buying process and we’re always responsive to our requests and questions. Jordan provided regular updates on the house purchase leading up to exchange and Sophie was always happy and on hand to to arrange our viewings and follow up visits that were requested. On the exchange of contracts day there was a lot of activity from others in the chain and lots of requests to us with regard to our sellers and their solicitors, during all, this Sarah was really helpful with assisting the process and exchange was successfully completed. Sophie Riley of the Fleet office was pleasant and personable when showing us around a couple of properties in Farnborough. During the three times we met her, she was consistently pleasant and not overbearing. She enabled us to view the second property thoroughly without rushing us or pushing. Exactly what we needed in an estate agent.
