They're offered absolutely no help. It was not damaged in shipping and I provided proof of that to them. They sent a damaged hood and are attempting to blame the shipping company.
Seriously, do not ever buy from this company.

Wanted to come back and update that Vicrez, although writing back and saying they were going to "fnd a proper resolution" they never reached back out to me.
After spending roughly $1,800 I was left unable to utilize any of the parts. Wasted money

wrong parts, wrong hardware, no install instructions.

My experience with these guys has been bad. First off they sent me the wrong sub flaps. I ordered Dry carbon and I got glossy black. First warning sign.
When I finally got the right ones, I went to install and yet another surprise. First off these flaps are the correct shape but don't come pre-drilled. Considering the cost, they should be pre-drilled. Well anyways I savvy enough so I still tried to install. Mocked up the front and those will be an easy install. But there rear mud flaps won't work. There is a gap from the wheel well liner to the edge of the body. it's about an inch. None of the included hardware can help support the mud flaps across that gap. The kit just comes with basic plastic push fittings. So I just paid a premium for getting the wrong part, no install instructions, no pre-drilling so not vehicle specific, and no hardware that could actually be used to install it.

Hellcat diffuser
I bought a diffuser for my hellcat charger. I was excited to get it but realized I bought the wrong one for my body style. I called and was told to email support. I emailed support and was given instructions to send pictures and why I was returning the item. I explained I wanted to exchange it for the correct one. They sent me another email with a link for the correct diffuser to confirm this was the correct item. I confirmed and was sent another email to send the item back, send a picture of the tracking number and once they received it they would send me the correct diffuser. They also were nice to not require me to pay the difference in price. Next purchase will check them out first. Will definitely buy other stuff from them.

Beware of this company! No support!
This company has terrible customer service and product support. I purchased an all-wheel drive Air Suspension Kit for my car for over $4,000. What I received was the rear-wheel drive Air Suspension Kit. Since May, for months, they have been saying that "Production is working on it" and "Management is aware of your problem" but I still have no movement on this. When you call, you get a hired call center who cannot even contact Vicrez directly.
I have called them multiple times, and emailed many times, always with the same response. "They are working on it" and "Management is aware", but still no progress.
And of course, their reply below is the same canned response "They are working on it" and "Management is aware",
