The rear diffuser fitted perfectly
The rear diffuser fitted perfectly, makes a lot of difference with the twin tail pipes i also had installed.

First order was delivered damaged, but after contacting customer service via email, a replacement was sent out the following day. Thank you for responding to my email and sending out the replacement immediately.

Vicrez Hellcat Splitter 2022 Dodge Durango RT
I ordered a front hellcat splitter for a 2022 durango rt. Vicrez said it would fit perfectly. I watched the videos on youtube and it appears the splitter used on youtube was made a bit different than the one I had. I couldn't send it back because I painted it. I tried to modify it to fit and no go. Be careful what you are buying. They say it works when it really doesn't. What a waste of time and money!

Great customer service
The selection. The price was right on point. Customer service was very good. I ordered something that was on back order and when I inquired about the status of availability, the response was very clear, quick and they even emailed me and called to follow up. I was VERY impressed. Usually with other companies you very vague answers and no realistic time lines. I would definitely do business again. Once the stock was replenished, my order was shipped out. I was skeptical at first but my mind was set at ease. A1 customer service.

Ordered on June 6 and received on June…
Ordered on June 6 and received on June 17, so delivery took 11 days despite paying for shipping. The box arrived visibly damaged with a large tear and crushed sections. Fortunately the mud flaps appear to have survived, but for an $84+ automotive product I expected faster shipping and better packaging. The product itself looks fine, but the overall purchasing and delivery experience was disappointing. Vicrez should improve both shipping speed and packaging quality.
