I am writing another review. Both dresses were delivered within 4 -5 days. One did not fit. The other one I kept! I got a bit panicked about a return I send back. Not much confirmation. I e.mailed quite impatiently to find out was my return received. All was looked after very well and money in my account within 2 weeks!
I will order from Victoria Beckham again. The dresses are beautiful! As they say in their e.mail it is a small staff and it is a busy time. I think we all need to have some patience!! I look forward to purchasing more from her Website.

My order was never delivered as it was damaged in transit, and I was never proactively informed — I had to chase this myself. I was told the item was out of stock and only offered a refund and generic discount code. The item is now back in stock, but my follow-up emails have been ignored. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service from a premium brand.
Do not buy online, unless you like never ending hassle. Everything is fine until online order is returned. No acknowledgement of return, no refund. This is second time I had to return an item and second time same story. I have confirmation that item has arrived to VB and yet nothing is happening. It’s way past time when refund should be issued and yet still no money. When I check my order online it doesn’t even say it has been retuned. Now I have only automated response that I have to wait until they review my enquiry.
Seriously, cheap shops have better customer service and problem free returns and refunds.
I will never buy again. It’s not worth stress and time.

I placed an order on the 24th January, I am yet to receive it and I have received no response from the customer service team. Hopefully as I paid through PayPal I can raise a case with them via their website. It seems VB customer service team are non-existent. I wish I read the trustpilot reviews now!

Do not order sale items online. Money was taken and 2 weeks still heard nothing. No contact phone number for customer services and they don’t reply to emails. No order, no refund and no response. Absolutely appalling.

No customer service at all. I ordered a dress on 21st January and haven’t anything since. No response to emails, and there isn’t a phone number. I have left messages at the Dover Street store, but no reply. If I didn’t know better I would assume they were scammers. Do I have to go to London and physically go to the store to get a response? Where is my item? Or just give me my money back if you don’t want to sell it to me. You have my money!

If I could give Victoria Beckham zero stars I would. I ordered Dress from the VB website over two weeks ago. I received sales confirmation and acknowledgement. Since then I’ve heard precisely nothing from Victoria Beckham other than business as usual selling emails. I have reached out twice to client services and filled in the online form requesting information on the website. As I have heard precisely nothing for 2.5 weeks, I can only assume either that Victoria Beckham does not care about her customers, or that our company is going into administration. If it’s the latter, she should not still be trading if her company is not solvent. This is highly illegal.
I would not recommend anyone buy from this brand as They patently have no regard for their customers.

This is such an unexpected review to make as i did not think id have a problem EVER with this company. In a nut shell once a return was sent back and they have received it, im still waiting for my refund. They make it impossible to speak with anyone and a generic response to my email is that they are experiencing a heavy work load due to sales and it will take longer. They have had the return for 10 days now. I wont purchase from them again and the lack of communication has shattered any confidence i had in purchasing from them which is a shame

I ordered a belt off the website- it was dispatched and lost by the logistic company who said I needed to get back in touch with the seller so they can process the loss and refund. I emailed over 10 days ago and emailed again as I still had not heard anything. Poor customer service! Which is a shame when you love the products.

I returned a Bag which was received 9 days ago, no communication or refund, I don’t think it’s acceptable to have to wait so long for replies to emails or process returns… it’s a shame but has completely put me off ordering again. Placed an order in 5 Jan. Took way longer than normal to deliver. The items do not fit and I returned quickly. The items were received back at VB on 20 Jan but still no indication of the refund being processed. Impossible to get a response out of the customer service team and no ability to call. I note that they claim to be a small team but the brand isn’t so big that they shouldn’t be able to respond within 48hrs as it is separate from beauty. I appreciate the business needs to control costs but you don’t need to do that at the expense of customer relations. If I don’t hear soon, they will leave me with no choice but to start a claim via the credit card company. This is appalling customer service and I don’t know when I can expect to receive a response. I ordered 7 days ago. I immediately noticed that I put vice versa the delivery and billing address. I sent an email to the customer service. They never replied. In my opinion there is no customer service! My order was dispatched at the wrong delivery address of course and now I am trying to sort this out with the courier company. I will not order again! I am so upset about my experience with Victoria Beckham gowns. I ordered a dress on the 19th of January, the money has obviously been deducted from my credit card and delivery was supposed to be 3 to 5 days. It is now the 29th of January and the Delivery status has not moved at all. I have emailed several times with no response. I have also spoken to the’ chat bot’ who constantly refers me back to customer service and still no reply. I have also tried to ring the shop to see if they have the gown in stock - no reply.!This is for my daughter’s wedding and I am so bitterly disappointed. I am about to contact my credit card to cancel the transaction as it is so much money and it has been nearly 2 weeks now, I cannot believe no one has got back to me. Bitterly disappointed.

I made a purchase on victoriabeckham.com on January 10, 2026, and I'm having trouble returning the merchandise. Customer service is nonexistent; they don't respond to my emails, and I'm afraid I'll be stuck with the item and unable to return it! This is unacceptable. I wonder how this store and this brand are still in business?! It's not up to the standards of the designer who presents herself as "a businesswoman" (I have serious doubts...). I've contacted Consumer Services UK and I'm going to call the bank!

Appalling customer service.
Bought a handbag and the suede was damaged. Contacted customer service for advice on how to proceed as it was showing no available stock but the bag was a perfect match fo my wedding outfit. I had no reply so contact d them again and basically got told I would have to wait longer if i kept messaging them for a response. The emails were rude. I then returned the product for a refund and bought it elsewhere in perfect condition. Shocking service. Super disappointed with them. Still waiting for a reply !!!

Please can you get in touch with me so i can return or exchange my order. The returns portal isn't working for me, I emailed client services 19 days ago and I've had 1 email after 1 week saying you're looking into it and nothing since. The communication is really poor, in fact there is none !!
I received communication from Maisie today who was excellent and resolved my issue straight away. It’s a shame it took so long to get a response. 5 stars for Maisie, but VB needs to address the client services element of the business. Quickly.
