Placed order and received the next day. Perfume is lovely, lasts all day and received lots of compliments. Would highly recommend!

The customer service is shocking. My delivery has an 'error' on it. I've emailed customer service, they say they'll reply within 24 hours and I am yet to receive a reply.
So disappointed as I thought the customer service would be way better considering the price of the products

I bought an eyeliner and mascara and can confirm that it’s the best I have ever used. The eyeliner goes on so easily and stays put all day. The mascara doesn’t flake, and doesn’t migrate under your eyes. Both looked perfect many hours after application. 100% worth the money . I am a very regular buyer of high end make up, Victoria Beckham is a game changer, I have been back to order more

I like the pigment of this pencil however ends up being a waste of money as it's very soft and very difficult to sharpen. When you sharpen it which is almost with every use it breaks and wood splinters which then makes it very dangerous near the eye. Expensive but doesn't deliver

Items faulty (I had bought spares as love the kajal and so often out of stock) , .. neither would sharpen and had tried 3 vb sharpeners and also asked at the local cosmetic counter - they couldn’t get through the outer casing either.

Vb first sent me more sharpeners and then instructions as to how to use a sharpener! At 50 with 2 kids I’m well versed in using a pencil sharpener ..

I had also sent a video to demonstrate the lack of effect on the casing .. and photos .. a further email then advised me that as over 6 mths old they can’t help! .. I sent a copy of the order as had bought from Selfridges literally at the start of Feb so JUST 6 mths old .. BUT as vb items figured best place to start - they then advised me to revert to original retailer .. who immediately refunded without question .. vb weren’t interested at all!

I’ve spent well into the hundreds if not thousands with vb .. and sadly after this experience won’t bother again .. they are happy to sell but not address issues with their products - plenty of high end brands out there with equally as good products - I’ll be shopping elsewhere moving forwards and advising friends I’ve recommended to VB to do the same!

Hatte vorher bei Instagram nachgefragt, ob ich Zoll bezahlen muss und mir wurde am selben Tag geantwortet, dass das nicht der Fall ist. Dann hab ich bestellt und direkt am nächsten Tag bekam ich die Versandbestätigung. Zwei Tage später alles da, wunderschön verpackt und super Qualität. Ich werde sicher wieder hier bestellen, bin total zufrieden.

Tips of the Bitten lip tint - 3 of them - all came off - the same glib response as stated in previous reviews of the product. They clearly don’t give a fig about the feedback they have received on the efficacy of the applicator. And have decided not to do anything differently. Appalling service and quality control from a company that purports to be luxury. Won’t be buying anything else.

I placed my first order - the new lip balm in Fleur. I really like it. However when I placed my order it highlighted the lip liner as a product to go with the lip balm so I bought the colour 01 because it looked like it would match. Not a match at all and looks awful with Fleur. Recommendation for VB Beauty - if you’re going to suggest another product to go with the one your customer has just ordered then at least recommend the colour that would match!! I won’t be able to use the lip liner - it doesn’t go with the lip balm and it’s not a nice colour at all. Quite disappointed really and probably won’t place another order based on this. Recommended second product was a waste of money

Had an issue with Evri and I contacted VB customer service and Nona was so fantastic, she responded and solved the issue in no time and was so kind and helpful honestly I can’t thank her enough! Amazing products and 5star customer service!! I have just placed another order and can’t wait to receive it! Super highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service . Eye shadow stick arrived broken in two ( it is very fragile), Athena sent new one immediately , after I sent them an email . My favorite beauty products now, I have a lip gloss ( best I ever had , already got my second tube), contour pen, kajal satin liner ( I have three different shades), eyebrow baby blade , liquid mascara for eyebrows. Can’t wait to try everything . Luxury packaging. I love VB!

Immediately addressed my delivery issues!
I ordered olive( gorgeous) eyeliner x 2 EVRI apparently delivered it kindly( not) leaving it on my door step! I didn’t receive it and they passed the buck back to VBB which I was annoyed at😡 anyway contacted VBB straight away and literally the next day had a replacement order! VBB shouldn’t have to replace it EVRI were at fault yet VBB addressed it promptly which I am very happy with
PS don’t try buying dupes of this beautiful pencil they just don’t compete thanks VBB I love my product it’s my new Christmas present from like everyone☺️

I ordered 3 of the lid lustre shades. Delivery was quick and everything turned up as expected. The packaging is nice and appears good quality. But the eyeshadows themselves, for the price, are frankly rubbish. They go on lovely, but fade incredibly quickly and within 2 hours they are dull and have no sparkle. I've tried putting them on on their own, and with a primer and/or a setting spray, and it makes no difference.
Honestly, save your money. There is significantly better out there for far cheaper.

I received my order for eyeliner very promptly and really liked the product - a lovely colour, easy to apply and looked good. However after about ten minutes my eyes started to sting and water and within half an hour they began to swell. I removed the eyeliner and the symptoms subsided.
I contacted the company to explain what had happened. I had used the eyeliner so I couldn’t return it as new. Their customer service responded almost immediately with an apology for my adverse reaction and refunded the cost of my purchase without asking me to return it.

Absolutely loved the packaging! Luxury feel. My absolute fav product is the posh lipstick. Nicest lipstick I have. I also have the fragrance and eyeliners which are great.

Sconsigliato: ho acquistato una Lip Tint difettata perché lo scovolino si è rotto. Quando ho scritto al servizio clienti tutte le mail indicate sul sito per il supporto clienti non erano funzionanti, quindi non è stato possibile inviare il mio reclamo...

Si je pouvais mettre zéro , je le ferais .
3 Mascaras lourds et en verre qui se cassent en 2 dans la trousse de toilette /
Rouge à lèvres 💄 qui perd sa mousse dans le tube . Et surtout un SAV qui n en a strictement rien à faire , qui ne vous changera jamais rien . À fuir

The posh gloss is good but very little product for the money really bad value even foer a luxury product bought a couple at least but not buying until it’s sorted
