I am extraordinarily impressed with Victorian Sliders; both with their product and the company in general. We had to replace 30 large sash windows in a period property; the windows are perfect. They have the look that fits the property, and it is only with very close inspection that can see they aren’t wood, but also have the performance of modern windows. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We have been working with Victorian Sliders now for over ten years supplying and fitting their PVCu sash windows and have been very happy with the product and customer service provided.

The Sales Team (Jack and Holly in particular) is fantastic and the Customer Care Team is also great in the times we have needed some tweaks. Overall the products are of excellent quality but of course there have been a couple of hiccups along the way which is only to be expected given the number of windows they manufacture. These hiccups have been sorted professionally and quickly by the Sales, Customer Service and the Factory Teams. Very happy with overall experience.

I cannot rate Tracey in Customer Services highly enough. On the rare occasions we have a problem she always sorts it out. If only other Sash Window Fabricators had Staff like her life would be a Dream.

In order for me to complete the sale, my customer required all the techical profile detail for your window including u-values, profile deptths etc which was forth coming from Emily Bannister within 15min of me making my request.
This enabled me to immediately enlighten my customer who, in turn agreed after confirmation from his architect withing a couple of days.

I look for 3 elements when choosing or monitoring a Supplier - Price, Quality & Service

It's difficult to be perceived as "great" in all 3 of the elements all of the time, however I can honestly say that for the last 3 & Half Years, all 3 boxes have been ticked on every order I have placed

I really appreciate the Customer Service & Account Management - would thoroughly recommend

Hugo is our liaison at Victorian Sliders and I have been working with him since February 2024.

He is friendly, efficient and clearly knows the product.

When quoting rather than guess at an answer, he will make contact to clarify, meaning quotes are returned quickly and requoting due to error is at a minimum.

If I have a question regarding the product I know I can contact Hugo and will get the appropriate answer.

Communication is always clear and timely and our working relationship is both easy and enjoyable.

I would not hesitate to recommend Victorian Sliders based on my ongoing experience.

We have used Victorian Sliders as our sash window supplier for many years now. The quality of the products is great, customer service has drastically improved in the last few years. Rarely experience any issues but whenever they crop up they are resolved promptly without any issue. Claire in the Scotland branch is an absolute credit to the company. She provides exceptional service, is highly knowledgeable, always pleasant and extremely diligent. Kevin always goes above and beyond and Matthias who delivers to us is also fabulous. Great team to deal with, very reliable and efficient!
