Awful how they flagged this review and started fishing for 5 star reviews after this on their Google account. Just shows.
They were very FAST to report my cat dead on my behalf to Vetsure, than taking action on time to help my precious boy. They had no right to report to vetsure on my behalf he had passed away. This is what reception spent more time and care on ? Reporting him dead rather than helping him on time ?
The most awful part is, he was not dead, when I went to other vets and his heart was still beating.
Such a fighter, for days in a row. And this vets closed the curtain with child like recovery plan. Awful, honestly. Just all about ego and reputation. The women are a strategic group, trying to o remove and report my Google and trustpilot reviews. Awful honestly.

My angel Boy rushing down and fighting for his life 36+ hours at the hospital under fluid therapy and never having his beautiful pure heart STOP ( always beating ),
took his "final" look at the shining ☀️ Sun on the 11.11.2024 outside Victoria Park Vets.
Lifting his face precious face towards the sky and looking at the Sun and Blinking slowly his beautiful green eyes.
His vet completely dismissed his efforts and looked for a quick FIX, and pulled the plug. More could have been done, to meet the level of efforts put in by Angel. The under skin fluids were not effective enough and the instructions to keep him warm , never proposed. Which was essential.
We were met with the same song all inexperienced and lazy vets, who only see "quick fixes" in the form of a shot, and same quote: "He will not make it".
Fluid therapy is given to human beings for a week in a row or more and they would need mineral rich soups/ fluid foods fed, to get them back leveled. This is what could have been done with this precious Angel and that is what you would CALL "trying your very best as a vet" and 5 STAR service.
The same degree of "BEST", this little precious BOY did for 72 hours. Wanting to Fight for his life, as I wanted to fight for him.
Instead this Angel was given a shot of something, weak fluids under the skin, negativity and "OFF YOU GO". No after care recommendations such as, to get a heater and keep his body temperature leveled at all times as it was crucial aspect. Not much useful was given to be fare.
Just go home and hope to stay alive.
My Angels boys endless fight was not recognized and just a quick shot again of something, to not have to analyze too much.
The cause of sudden decline, a full PACK of wrong supplements over 30 days and NO OFFER to help from clinic to ORDER MORE STOCK IN, that ran out according to Dr. Archie during consultation, so I can pick it up. AMAZON Didn't sell either. And the female not sounding a 100 % herself, when having a phone consultation and discussing the COMPOSITION, what's inside in the supplement. These vets have no clue what they prescribe most of the time. SAME WITH ZOETIS fleas treatment, which caused extreme diarrhea in 2 of my cats. And are rated 1.5 stars.
Thank God I didn't give the antibiotics Sarah prescribed. He would have been in such pain cause of these.
I wanted to avoid antibiotics and give supplements instead. No help offered to order more stock in. Just Maybe's and very hesitant 50/50 responses. I ASKED FOR IT TO BE ORDERED INTO CLINIC OVER PHONE by VET Sarah and Receptionist & EMAILED REPEATEDLY.
Very evident they are still making things up, as they go on. Regards to significant internal organ health.
Maybe they are good at fixing SOS injuries , as in Teddy's eye case . But when it comes to internal organs health , it is clear they are not quite sure what their doing and still "improvising". No nutritional knowledge, advise on Food and Diet either. JUST QUICK fixes.
Ps: Your manipulative receptionist and the rest of the females colonising against me, manipulating the situation and who received a personal apology from me over nothing and who is reading this review ,
never forwarded my emails and phone calls message "asking for Dr. Archie to help me order the correct "Sustain",
And all of this could have been avoided.
Receptionist didn't allow to book evening appointments after my work & was MORE INTERESTED IN PROTESTING HER OWN EGO & to paint me as bad, rather than THINKING of THE PATIENTS WELL BEING, precious ANGEL.
Even Archie smiled, why not make things easy and book evening appointment then ? I said I can't make things EASY, she wouldn't allow me !
These women were twisting my words. Never was I rude or used faul language, nor did I cancel booked appointments without advanced pre-notice. As I respected the clinic. And I only didn't pick up last antibitics due to the crisis & reluctancy. The rest of agreed meds I always picked up eventually with a slight delay.
Should I pay the 11.11 bill ? I doubt it.
AS an Angel is gone and you your ego's and lack of effort got in the WAY.
