What a great app! Easy to have AI write content. And also turn into videos magically! I can easily edit them too! The customer service is fantastic!

I am looking forward for a refund as I accidentally paid for one year when i wanted for one month only,kindly refund the amount asap--- 23rd Jan 2025, within one week I received the money back, videogen is really helpful and doing great work , made awesome videos and stories using the tool :)

I am new to video making then VideoGen made my life stress free. I tried few videos in different lengths and assure VideoGen.ai produces spot on videos with the prompt given.
Since I was on trial and generated videos or images are free once so the quality is not excellent but still reasonable. Hope when I go to the paid plan it will change.
The most important point is how best VideoGen matches the relevant image or a video to the script given.

I tried their solution and paid €168. The two results were not sufficient according to my criteria and for what I was looking for. I made my conclusion known and asked for a refund. I was a bit scared by the different testimonials I had read but their support confirmed that I should wait a few days for the funds to be transferred. Surprise, I was 100% reimbursed. I can therefore sincerely testify to their honesty in concluding my adventure with Videogen.

Update (after writing the review below): I was fairly refunded for both my subscriptions, but it required 4-5 emails. Thank you VideoGen

An ABSOLUTE SCAM.

I purchased the product accidentally on month one, asked for a refund, and no reply.

Fine, they didn't want to issue a refund, okay.

But instead of having the basic courtesy to remove my subscription, these guys kept my subscription active, for which I was charged on the following month.

They aren't in it for the long game - they're in it for a quick buck… you know just scammer stuff.

So now… I've been charged $50 for something I did not even need. DISASTER.
