Got the Max version and realised that for reasons attached to my business need I didnt need it so asked for a refund. I got worried I was going to get an uphill struggle to it back. But no. They refunded me back THE NEXT DAY. I am sharing this because I see some people got issue getting their refund back.
Whatever problem they had they seem to have fixed it. Sharing so that users to be can get a balanced view.

Great way to make new videos. They still need to work a little bit on the voiceover since it doesn´t always pronounce the words correctly. Also, it would be great if i could use different subtitle colors in the same video. Hope they add that soon. Anyways, have been able to create videos from scratch and been getting responses when i mail tham.

Although VideoGen is a very good way to create new videos, and has quite a user friendly interface, it lacks a good voice cloning technology, contrarily to what I was made to understood at first. In fact, one has to choose from a number of voice avatars included. Because of this I have decided not to take this product. However, I have been asking for a refund as I don't need this product for this reason, but system keeps sending me from one place to another without any resolution. I expect this case to be solved, now as I am still within the EU 14-day cancellation period. Michael

I'm getting on now and pretty much the technophobe! I found that, if I didn't understand something, the team behind VideoGen, got back to me and sorted it within hours.

Every time your stupid ads comes up on my youtube video, I don't particularly like it specially 4 eyes man. You need to control your youtube ads.It's very much disturbing

I tried lots of similar tools and it was the only one that understood the style I was going for.

It’s fast, simple and gets the job done.

This app had an excellent script writing AI. I fed it my script which I thought was already pretty good and it was improved. The ai artwork wasn’t exactly what I needed and I couldn’t change it without using credits. They had excellent and very responsive customer service which is so important in a successful product. I’m glad I tried it and I’d use videogen again.

I canceled in March, But they still charged me until now. I have deleted my account, but they keep charging for the subscription. It's a scam website; DO NOT TYPE YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!! Poor Customer support!!!

These guys are amazing. Everyone needs to get video Gen. Love em. They handled my situation without any hesitation.

So far, VideoGen is very helpful to accomplish my work in making Lecture videos. I tried other AI video generator but VideoGen is the most convenient to use. Surely some features need to be improved but they keep upgrading to satisfy clients like me.

I mistakenly purchased the wrong plan and realized I needed a lower-tier option instead. I quickly emailed their support team to request a refund so I could switch to the appropriate plan and recover the extra cost. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my refund on the same day I submitted my request.

My experience with VideoGen is brilliant because it gives my video the next level in a fraction of an inch. I would recommend this software to enhance your creativity.

Initially I had an issue which was the length of the video but with a brief exchange of messages and an upgraded plan, Im now very happy!!!

With the ever-changing world full of AI tools and apps, it’s hard to know the good from the bad. Which ones are simply scams designed to bleed a person’s wallet dry? What link leads to another and another and another, until the consumer has gone so far down the rabbit hole of clickbait, he can’t find his way out…

But, when I found myself clicking the link for Videogen, I didn’t feel like I was being backed into a corner or scammed with infomercial-type language. Honestly, after examining a few other platforms for AI video generation, I just felt more comfortable with trying-out Videogen.

What really makes my overall experience great is the productivity I experience each and every time I create a new video for my job; I use Videogen to create AI-driven daily news broadcasts for my school’s YouTube page.

The product we get is amazing, and my bosses are noticeably impressed.

There are a couple of noticeable things the company is doing that are greatly appreciated.

First, Videogen’s customer service has become a valuable resource. Sure, in the beginning, a person will have to traverse the litany of FAQs until he or she eventually finds their answer. Then, when that doesn’t suffice, an email into the support team generates an auto-reply. But, when a real person reaches out in simple terms, it just makes the consumer feel relieved (even when the answer is “no”).

Second, there was some text that I recently read, while editing a generated video. It advised a workaround for recording speech, instead of relying on the AI for a complete voice-over; that seemed very cool to me. Videogen, having not yet developed the practical voice-over recording feature, knows what its consumers want, and, rather than making him or her wait to pay for the added service or to wait indefinitely, and the company is more interested in making their client happy (now).

I think this company is a SCAM as others said. they do not even deserve any star. I am having issues with downloading all the videos i took time to make for about 8 days now. i have sent emails to them, but all I get is automated emails sending me to their affiliate link.

It is really very unfair to have such an ugly experience after they have already charged me $69 and keep asking me to keep upgrading.
