Myself and my girlfriend stupidly left it two days before our flight to try get our visa for vietnam. As you can imagine we were extremely stressed when we heard the wait times when applying on the official site. We heard about voa on TikTok and thank god we did! We got in touch with Anna through WhatsApp and she was fantastic! She sent us a detailed message of what we needed to do and we then made the payment and we received our visa by email the following day. Highly recommended this process for anyone that is in the same position! Thank you Anna!

Great and helpful service.
I approached Vietnam Visa VOA in September 2024 to ask a few questions. Susan was also helpful in answering my questions and offered to handle the visa. I hadn't taken it up at the time, as I hadn't had the passport portraits ready yet.
After some thought and research, I decided to trust them to handle my visas. Anna is awesome! She was very patient in answering my questions and guiding me through the process. If you don't want to go straight to the Immigration department, these people are the ones who you can approach.

I am so grateful to Susan at Vietnam Visa VOA
I applied online for a Vietnam evisa Saturday night November 9, 2024. I thought I had filled it out correctly after reading a few guides.
However, Monday evening November 11 around 8pm Brisbane Australia time, I received an email from Vietnam immigration saying they needed more information due to me not filling out my name correctly.
I could see no way on their website to provide this information, so tried to fill out a new application. This was not accepted, presumably due to me having an active application. So I was stuck.
That's when I searched with google for assistance, and found Vietnam Visa VOA. I phone their number around 9pm my time, and Susan answered.
She was quick to respond, efficient, and communicated very well in English. She reassured me she could provide the information required and have the visa approved in around 24 hours.
I paid the fee still somewhat concerned about being scammed, but Susan helped reassure me the company and her were legitimate.
It helped when I found her in several excellent youtube videos talking about visa requirements for Vietnam.
Around 24 hours later, I received a visa for Vietnam, and was so happy as time was running out for my flight.
I am extremely grateful to Susan.
To legitimize my review, I am a clinical physiotherapist at Back in Motion on Bribie Island near Brisbane Australia. My full name is Bruce Gray.

The BEST company for your Vietnam Visa
I paid for my visa through the immigration website but it took forever to get approved. I am leaving tomorrow for my trip and still no visa. I saw the YouTube video and reached out to this company for support. I was skeptical but after seeing their reviews on Trustpilot I went ahead and made payment and received my Visa On Arrival letter within hours. Anna was great! She was very patient with me as I weighed out my options before making payment. They also offer other services like booking a private car for your commute. I highly recommend using Vietnam-Visa VOA!
