No way to cancel.

There is no way on their website to cancel. They also sneak in a $30 charge for a "membership", what a joke.

Truly the biggest wine club rip off

Update: after having my bank notified of the $149.99 charge even though I requested cancellation, this company originally told me I wouldn’t get a refund AND they never had info on a shipment for me. They have now supplied my bank with shipping info saying the wine was dropped off at my door. Anyone who gets wine delivered knows you need someone 21 and up to sign. They don’t have proof of signature. I don’t have any footage of the shipment on my ring doorbell history either. Yet they told my bank they noted that on the 12th my acct was canceled and that they still authorized a shipment that very day. So I have no wine and I’m out the $149.99. Thieves. Do not do business with them.

Truly the biggest wine club rip off. The wine wasnt even worth the $5 a bottle it came out to. Plus their customer service is terrible. Their website is created to send you in circles trying to find out how to cancel services. And they debited $150 from my account then told me my account was disabled and they would not be sending me a refund or a wine delivery. So now Im stuck trying to get my money back. They clearly dont value customers.

Not so great

The wines I have gotten--3 cases so far have been ok but nothing special. The cost has been in my general price range but the shipping cost is so high that I can do as well or better locally. If you order less than 12 bottles(a case) you don't get free shipping so that you are not disposed to try various wines in small quantities looking for those you might especially like.

I signed up through United Airlines and was supposed to get a 60,000 miles bones from United in 6-8 weeks. Nothing has shown up in my Mileage Plus account so I don't think their service is all that good.

Ordered the $40 promo 6 bottle shipment. It came with 2 bottle of Pinot as a bonus. So far so good. No advance info on what was to be shipped. Got 3 bottles each of two wines, so much for sampling wines from around the world and all three were from California.
The Pinot wasn't bad, the Chardonnay was below average and the Pinot Gris was undrinkable, literally poured out the first glasses and used the remainder for white sangria. Oh well, satisfaction guaranteed right. Well the choice was three mystery bottles in the next shipment, or pay $23 shipping to get three replacement bottles. Based on the first three wines I just cancelled.

It remains to be seen if the problem I called about is actually corrected..... but the rep I spoke to was very friendly and found the issue and said it would be corrected.

Unfair and misguided practices

Started my subscription wrong by debiting the incorrect amount (the full price). Kind of messed up my account and now that I am wanting to leave, they are not wanting to refund the last payment. Unfair and misguided practices.

Added: I will say I was given a refund for my order. Still awaiting processing but it is a step in the right direction.

Awful customer service! Terrible, STAY AWAY!!

Awful customer service!! Once they have your credit card on file, although you may have cancelled membership or put it on pause, they WILL ship the un-ordered order and charge your card without prior consent...also, if you dispute and want to return unopened shipment or just plainly cancel they WILL CHARGE you a restocking fee of 20% and a shipping back fee of approximately $22.00 for 6 bottles or 35.00 for 12 bottles....totally unnecessary punishment!! Stay away and avoid by all costs.

These were great wines, but...

These were great wines! I would've given a 5 star review, except for one disturbing thing that made me cancel my membership: I received in the mail a notice that an additional 6 wines were being added to my "Holiday" shipment, unless I opted out of them. I found it unnerving that if I'd missed this piece of mail somehow and not "opted out", that I would have been shipped more wines than I'd expected and charged for them. This was a deal-breaker for me. Sorry, but I found this to be aggressive and unnecessary, as you could have OFFERED me the additional wines and not just assumed a shipment unless I opted out. Perhaps I would have welcomed more wines at holiday time...this was NOT the way to go about it. This is why I discontinued my membership.

I placed an order for 6 bottles of wine…

I placed an order for 6 bottles of wine because it was advertised as $46 and free shipping. Instead I was billed for $126. When I called for explanations, I wasn't given any reasonable explanation, and when I said I want to return my order, I was told I have to pay for shipping $28. I don't find this company trustworthy at all. And, by the way, the quality of wines they sell is about an average.
