Not user friendly
Not user friendly - support contact is almost none existed. When ran out of power the resetting did not work. Live the idea of the product but they need to be available for help.

Trying to figure out what’s wrong
Trying to figure out what’s wrong. I have 2 bird feeders about 30 feet from the camera. And they stay full of birds and squirrels. But only squirrels will go to the camera feeder. Birds will land a foot away from the camera and look at the feed but never get in the food. It’s like there is inaudible sound or something that keeps them away.

I've bought a total of 7 of these. I'm still waiting on the last one to be delivered. That's my only issue. Everyone I've given them to as gifts love them.

Ordered as Christmas gifts in November; didn't receive until January
I ordered the birdfeeders on November 30 as gifts and they did not get delivered by Christmas. I did not get them until mid-January. I felt Vinguys mis-lead me that there was a chance I would get them by Christmas, and likely you knew all a long they wouldn't be delivered by Christmas. I had to re-ship the gifts after the fact to get the presents to my mom and aunt costing me money on top of everything else.

Great product and support
Got the smart feeder as a present. It assembled easily and instructions were clear. The assembled feeder is easy to mount with the bracket attached with screws, or with a strap. We got it paired up and working first time and started enjoying the pics and clips. We asked support about how to pair vs multiple viewing devices and got a fast accurate easy to understand response. We then asked support about ways to delete files on the TD card and again we got a fast clear courteous response. The product itself it’s excellent and the customer support superb. By the way, if you set up the operating camera at the right place you also have an excellent home security camera.

I had issues with wifi connection and…
I had issues with wifi connection and they did not give up trying to help me figure it out , it was a tough issue with my router , i have the frontier with EERO, i finally opened guest wifi and connected to it and it worked , i couldn't get the feeder if my phone was away from my wifi ,
