Tout c'est bien passé !

We are so very pleased with this purchase. Communication with seller was excellent and so helpful. Delivery was quick. I purchased this lamp for my husband who is a bourbon and whiskey connoisseur, to place in our den. It’s the perfect addition. The craftsmanship is beautiful. Everyone who has come over always asks us where we got the lamp. I wish there was an option to upload a photo because words do it no justice.

If I could give zero I would I’m still 2 months later without my trays without clear communication and without a refund! My first order was an absolutely wonderfully and we love our tray - wanting 2 more I ordered without hesitation and now to be let down I can only assume this company is having major issues! I’m now contacting my bank to revoke the payment - would have much preferred the trays! Feel very sorry for this company hate to ever leave a bad review !

Beautiful lighting, easy to install, very good price, absolutely perfect, will definitely use them again soon as I need 2 wall lights for another room

I ordered a lovely wooden box to go in my new kitchen. It arrived very quickly, I'm thrilled with it, it's exactly what I wanted.

Very quick service and delivery . The vintage light fitting was perfect for our dining room and our electrician had no problem fixing it although he had never come across a fitting like this before . I can thoroughly recommend vintage electrical

Do not buy from this company unless you are 100% sure you won't have to return the item. Their customer service is non existent. I have left countless phone messages and emails and none were answered. I have only just received reimbursement after several weeks of waiting, not knowing what was going on. Who has time to deal with issues like this in our busy lives. Resist at all costs, go to a more reliable supplier.

I recently bought a ‘Vice Clamp Industrial Solid Bar Stool Wood or Leather Top Solid Cast Metal Base | Vintage Style | Floor Standing’.

The quality is excellent and will no doubt last a lifetime.

Super fast delivery, and very well packaged ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awful customer service. I placed an order for a light that was £90.00, this was not delivered to the correct address and returned to the Fedex depot.
I have contacted Steve at least 4 times by email over the last 14 days and he has been extremely unhelpful, not sending out another light to the correct address and saying that when/ if Fedex return it to him then I will get a refund. So basically I am without the light or a refund. I am now going to escalate the matter further with Barclaycard and Trading Standards. The correct address was provided which I have a record of and the store has not tried to contact Fedex to get the parcel back and resolve the situation.

Wow. What service! Fantastic product and arrived next day. Absolutely delighted.

Amazing lights, great quality, look fantastic, and fast delivery. The customer service was great too. Thanks very much!

I was very pleased with the tray I purchased from Vintage Electrical. It was stylish and unique - perfect with candles, etc., for staging a bedroom, but also perfect for a drinks/tea tray.

Absolutely fantastic item my uncle loved it for his birthday 🎈 well packaged and quick delivery. Highly recommend this seller 👍

The order arrived very quickly at its destination. The item itself was beautiful and well-crafted. A truly lovely gift to give. Steve knows what he’s doing!

Good range and quality of stock, reasonable despatch times and items well packaged. I am happy with the products and service.

Third purchase from Steve and every time excellent quality, unique products, great communication and speedy well packed delivery
Great seller, thoroughly recommended

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. They were very helpful, with a quick delivery that was packed so well.
The quality and workmanship of the lights and fittings are amazing. Thank you

Great product - unless you have an issue.

I ordered 4 lamps. They are beau-fils and well made but one had one small part missing. I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch and haven’t had a response. Really didn’t want to leave a negative review but it just shouldn’t be this hard to resolve to at least reply.

Stool was exactly as described, excellent quality for the price. Delivery was in 3 days, packaged very well. All over excellent.
