Not worth the money

Cully was so attentive and helpful I can’t recommend her or this service enough . Absolute pleasure

Great service from Jay From start to finish highly recommend recommended

Having used this service earlier in the year and being really impressed l decided to do it for my 83 year old dad and his wife as they were nervous about travelling. They were both really grateful and couldn’t thank me enough, for making their journey through the airport stress free. Thank you

Brilliant service, met by the lovely Andy and escorted through a busy airport to the lounge. Lovely chilled atmosphere with lovely food and nice cold drinks. Then taken by Andy to our gate. Hassle free, never had such a relaxed experience in an airport. Can't recommend Andy or the service enough. We Will definitely be using this service everytime we travel. Keep up the super work.

Cannot fault the service, as quick as we could walk then Andy got us through and we were even too early for lounge (only a few minutes!).

What a fabulous service! Jay called the night before to arrange a meeting then this morning we went from the hotel to the lounge in 20, even with the disruption!! Jay was absolutely lovely, took great care of us and made it a very special start to our honeymoon!

What a fabulous experience!

We were met by the lovely Kully at Cafe Nero, she then walked us straight to the front of the queue to check in our bags and then straight up to security. From start to finish we were through in 20 minutes, taken to the lounge and ready to relax and enjoy the start of our holiday. 100% recommend especially with the works going on at present.

From the moment Andy greeted us the process of bag drop and through security took no more than 20 minutes. He knew all the best short cuts. Andy left us to get our breakfast & returned to make sure we got to our boarding gate in time. He was very friendly & professional & we will more than likely use this process again during busy times at Birmingham Airport.

Honestly, this was an amazing experience, done brilliantly by the lovely Andy. From meeting us in the early hours of this morning, took us straight through and up to our boarding gate. It was a dream! I would highly recommend this service.

We had a great experience with VIP Fly this morning. Jatinder (Jay) is amazing, she took us right through every stage from check in to security so quickly. Couldn’t have asked for a better service, definitely recommend!

Jay was excellent from the initial call the day before until she escorted us to the gate. Stress-free!

Have now used VIP Fly twice this year, in January for my wife/daughter and July for my mother, and both times have had top notch personalized service!
This time (for my mother) it was Ibrar who was amazing throughout, with a bonus as he spoke Pushto which my mother is also fluent in.
Although pricey, highly recommended for their VIP handling of clients!
