Everything about this service made our visit to the airport completely without stress.

I have booked for my parents. It was absolutely amazing experience for them.
Well managed , comfortable and supportive staff.
Marina was wonderful, she has made them comfortable and stayed with them till we arrived.
They have skipped immigration line and hustle of waiting in line.

Using VIP fly took all the stress out of travelling through Birmingham airport after the recent reports of major queues for security.

This was our first time using VIP Fly premium airport services and the whole experience was seamless. Our concierge - Kully phoned us the day before to confirm all details and all contact between us was prompt and timely. We were met with a smile at the jet2 departure area outside and escorted through the airport at every stage very swiftly. This made our whole departure experience very relaxing and smooth. Would highly recommend using this service again and Kully was exceptional in every aspect - friendly, helpful and a natural in her area of work. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience - we will use this service again.

Lovely lady met us and took us through baggage check in, straight through security and then showed us where we could shop if needed and then took us to our lounge, she gave us the option of coming back to collect us when we needed to head to the gate or she would message us to let us know when to go. Wonderful service and we will use it again.

Jay demonstrated exceptional professionalism and kindness during our travel experience. She efficiently resolved the issues we encountered at the RyanAir check-in, ensuring a seamless transition to the departure lounge. Additionally, Jay's thoughtfulness extended to retrieving water bottles for my children, which I had inadvertently left behind at security. Her assistance was greatly appreciated and exemplified her dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Ibby was fantastic. He met us at the airport on time and “whizzed” us the check in and all of the queues. We were in the departure lounge within 15 minutes! He was very professional and extremely polite. He even rang me up to check that we were okay amd id we needed more assistance.

It was money well spent. I would recommend using the concierge service for a stress free experience at Birmingham Airport without standing in any queues for 1 to 3 hours!

As Birmingham Airport is a total mess for passengers get through security, we decided to pay the extra for VIP Fly service. Perfect and friendly from the first second to the last.

Service is second to none!

With two children and BHX security having severe issues with getting passengers through in a timely manner. We turned to FLY-VIP. I cannot put into words how fantastic this service is.

Kiera, professional and friendly gave me a courtesy call the day before travel. Met this morning at 04:35am, at 04:55am I'm sitting down having breakfast!

Skipped all the queues, only wait was security, which, in all fairness, was only about 5 minutes. Would recommend to anyone.

What a fantastic service, we were met at the entrance of the airport taken straight across to check in our bags. Check wasn't even open for another 30 mins but we were allowed to check ours in. Skipped all the queues though security and straight into lounge. Highly recommended. Stress free and totally worth it!!

Prompt and Excellent service. Andy was amazing!
He met my daughter and myself at the aircraft and from then on it was a seamless and hassle free process through passport control, security and assistance with luggage. The chauffeur service was great too.
The entire process was fantastic and I will definitely be using VIP-Fly again.
